The melting is those who come to battle against him. These are already dead at his coming it will be a great heat.

The 2 witnesses are killed and for 3 1/2 days the world sees them and rejoices over them being killed as they are put on public dispay. How will the world see this? internet and TV. when this happens do you not think this will not be on every channel on tv and everywhere on the net? If i all off a sudden at 11pm at night had my house light up and looked outside to see what's going on. I would be turning on the TV or internet to find out.

I do not know exactly how this will occur. The melting is at jerusalem aginst all those who are thier to fight him. Remember Jerusalem is surrounded by 100's of thousands of troops.They are satan army. No lasers or anything. It is said that anyone who looks on him will die. Thier really is not much of a battle. But the armies of the world who are controlling you will be gone as far as being alive.We did this to inocent people with the bomb.Yet we claim our country as great.

That is my thought on the matted. That night will turn to daytime from the reflection of the moon.. it's a guess.. every one will see.. i go to how everyone will see the 2 witnesses bodies being on display at Jerusalem. Alright well if that is any indication of whats to come, Im installing some "Jesus proof" fencing around the perimeter of my house and land here. That will keep him out.laugh

And Miles, what if Jesus is a crock and the real Messiah according to the Jews returns? What then? Will he melt all of the Christians' faces off? Or punish them in some respect? Will the atheists be exempted from all of this nonsense and squabbling because they thought better of taking sides and decided it was a preferable idea to live in the here and now? It is the Messiah the Jews are looking for. They had always said he would come back as a king forcefully to take control. That is why they rejected him back then because he did not do as he will this time. So we are on the same page thier..Blessings..Miles

The one in the bible that will come "down from the clouds so that all eyes will see" Remember? That is a physical impossibility because the planet is round. Well you have to bear in mind that it wasn't simply that Jesus was not a warrior type the first go round that caused the Hebrews to reject him. It was a number of reasons. They had a very strict criteria. At least that is my understanding. They might even reject him a second time if he still didnt live up to their expectations. These are some of their reasons why he didnt measure up and Im not certain that face melting or any use of force will change this. The Jews are sticklers for the details.

1) Jesus did not fulfill the messianic prophecies.

2) Jesus did not embody the personal qualifications of the Messiah.

3) Biblical verses "referring" to Jesus are mistranslations.

4) Jewish belief is based on national revelation.

Believing in the study of science which means you believe that man will continue to explore and discover has absolutely no similarity to the belief that some men who wrote stories and had them edited and some rejected and some approved for a text of stories as an absolute fact. I walked into a Jewish book store in chicago on Devon str. I asked a elderly man if they had any books on Yahshua the Messiah.

My answer he leaned over to me and said...you better leave and do not say that name again it could be dangerous for you. People were buying books and saying JC all over no problem. But I was in danger.

Why they know what the Messiah's name is. Me mentioning as if he had not come was a great sin to them.

When the 2 witnesses come back alive and go up into the sky the Jews will have no doubt EliYah has been amoung them. The precurser to Yahshua's return.. What is the Messiah supposed to accomplish? The Bible says that he will:

A. Build the Third Temple (Ezekiel 37:26-28).

B. Gather all Jews back to the Land of Israel (Isaiah 43:5-6).

C. Usher in an era of world peace, and end all hatred, oppression, suffering and disease. As it says: "Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall man learn war anymore." (Isaiah 2:4)

D. Spread universal knowledge of the God of Israel, which will unite humanity as one. As it says: "God will be King over all the world -- on that day, God will be One and His Name will be One" (Zechariah 14:9).

The historical fact is that Jesus fulfilled none of these messianic prophecies.

Im just relieved that our modern legal system inherited the code of Hammurabi given to us by the ancient Babylonians rather than the "justice" espoused in the bible. Pretty much we would not even bother with trial and proceed directly to stoning out in the parking lot of the court house if that had been the case. laugh

D.. yea this will happen. When Yahshua 1st started his ministry in luke 4: 18 he read from Isa 61 and stopped and left out the vengence of Yahweh. That was not to happen then. He came to heal.

What the Jews fail to leave out is Joel 2 and other places where he says he will put his spiirit in man so that they prophecy and heal before his comming. This is the true reason Yahshua came as a babe.

To show us men can have the spirit and fullfill Yahweh's will. He died to break the marraige covenant with Israel. Till death do we part. This enabled all who has a heart for Yahweh Jew, Greek, Pagan or whoever to come to him without going through the church lets say. Blessings..Miles

Yeah but Miles, according to the Hebrews, Jesus had one shot at fulfilling these messianic prophesies because Jewish sources show that the Messiah will fulfill the prophecies outright, and no concept of a second coming exists.
