As a man I do not ask for directions...  Seriously, Don't ever ask a question like "what are you looking for" it sounds like someone is looking for directions. We all know what we are looking for and a conversation will tell us alot. jmo If you are on a date with her...I would hope you would realize that in the first 5 minutes...or at least a half hour. Why would someone who is a lesbian go on a date with a guy? Just asking. |

She is racist. Her comment showed that. She is anti-2nd ammendment. She is pro-open borders and granting amnesty to illegals. IMO, judges should go by Rule of Law and the Constitution, and not by their opinions. This is my opinion on the subject and I believe she is a poor choice for a position that calls for fair and unbiased decisions based on the Law. I agree. And the fact that Obama said he wanted someone that voted with their heart. The law is logical, not emotional. jmo While I agree that the law should not always be determined by the heart it might not be such a bad idea in some circumstance, but the law is definately not always logical. Either way, no matter who you get, you can't be sure they will see things the way we might expect when the time comes to make a particular judgement. I agree, there have been Supreme Court Nominees and Appointees that have reversed their voting record once elected to the high court. Time will tell. |

I do it. I would prefer my mate to as well. But I do it in moderation. And so should he. When I decide to have kids (because it WILL be planned) it won't happen during that period. But then I am Canadian, it's a different attitude here. (Mostly) Good points...now take off hoser. Just kidding. Like I said before, Pot has it's uses. Same as alcohol. I remember when I was a kid and my grandpa broke his nose, they packed it with a drug. Come to find out, that drug was mostly cocaine. He never felt a thing in his nose for days and healed fine. And never used cocaine again. |

To me, from what I have heard in the media from close associates of Jackson, is that he wanted the drugs and would not take "No" for an answer. That is a drug addict. He killed himself over the years. Sure doctors have become legal drug pushers...but murder? No. Manslaughter maybe.

Clotheslines and stuff

I'd love to have a clothesline in my backyard because there is absolutely nothing that beats the smell of linen dried in sunshine and breezes. But my homeowners association doesn't allow clotheslines. Apparently in their mind a clothesline equals ghetto. What will they think of next?  I have a clothesline and use it all spring summer and fall. I love it. Clothes are kinda stiff, but the freshness is awesome. Someone does keep stealing my boxers if I leave them out all night. Should I worry?  nah. i'll give em' back when i'm done. ;p Ah Hah. I caught you. Can I have my Speedo back as well. that one is currently reducing the light from a very bright bulb by being stretched over a lamp shade in my living room. never thought you'd sport anything with racing stripes... :p If you needed a dimmer bulb, you should have asked. I am a dim watt you know. Racing stripes? You got me on that one, I didn't know I had them either..but if you like them, I will take credit for them. :) |

I wouldn't stay with someone that would only want me when he was drunk or high. I actually enjoy being sober and remembering every last little touch. i wish that i had been drunk more often with her. at least then my memories would be blurry instead of clear. they just won't go away. . . . And with weed, your memories wouldn't be blurry, they just wouldn't be there. Short term memory loss...what was I saying.? |

I personally view it like alcohol. If priorities are strait I wouldn't have a problem. Exactly. I know people that drink very little, but sometimes on their birthday or special occasion, they let lose and have a few. same as weed, it has it's time and place. If you bowl of breakfast is a bowl of weed, sorry...not for me. I like Wheaties in the morning. |

I believe these reasons are the main reasons people are contesting her. yes some it might be because of race or gender...but for the most part I believe it these other reasons Her voting record is what I am looking at. Not what she says in this nomination process...it is always a dog and pony show. |
