That 'chix' thing is cute... sneaky man... ;) |

Guys need to offend to attract chicks now? "chicks"? That's more offensive than a scruffy looking man silly. (well, to me anyway) Sorry ma'am It's okay Sir, I'll forgive you this one time...Now go get scruffy! ;) |

it's because sometimes it is just sexy to see a man looking a little 'rougher' than usual. Not always, but every now and then it's a turn on - shows another side to you. & speaking for myself I never think "He's messy"...a little extra 'scruff' here and there just looks more 'manly man' (at times). |

Well, since you're wondering if she is crazy, lunatic or psycho - be glad you found out after only one night, than many years later. Was probably a blessing it happened as it did... |

where did you MEET

I met mine in the airport in Las Vegas - it was my first time there too...was back when people could wait at the terminals to pick you up. As soon as I was actually in the airport I saw him across the room...should've been two strangers passing each other and that's it...but we smiled at each other and the next thing I knew he was walking beside me as if he was the person there to pick me up. We spent the next 5 days together - he lived in Vegas so he was my tour guide...and a month later he moved to Houston. He passed away June '07 from cancer -- but we had 8 wonderful years together. |

I couldn't date anyone who is a basically "rude" person...even if it's not directed toward me. The way someone treats others says a lot about the person they are. There is nothing more unattractive in any person, to me, than if they think they are better then everyone else. |

Looks can be taken from anyone in the blink of an eye -- so many things can happen in life to change the outward appearance of anyone... So as much as 'attraction' is important, what's inside is FAR more important than what you see. Because that can not be taken away. |

Bad Kissing

okay, by reading through all the posts on here, obviously there are quite a few BAD men & women kissers -- goodness!! Seriously, maybe there should be kissing101 in schools... ha (yes, I am kidding!) So true though, that kissing really is one of the most intimate ways two people can melt together - if done correctly. There's really nothing better... which is why BAD ones are oh so wrong... ((gotta admit, the man who said a woman asked if she should take her teeth out first or not cracked me up - hilarious!)) |

how about the ones that not only think shoving their tongues down your throat is an 'okay' thing to do -- but also, somehow, make their tongue all hard and pointy at the same time ?? (please tell me I'm not the only woman who has experienced a bad kisser like that...?!) Wasn't only gross, but actually hurt...was almost like going to the doctor and having them shove that thing down to check for strep throat. I gagged and pushed the guy off and said "What is wrong with you???" his response....(no kidding here)... "What? You didn't like that?" |

Say what you will about Palin....-no doubt her life will be much calmer now...the way the media and so many have treated her and her family has been disgusting. Think if your life were thrown out for the world to pick apart, how would you feel? & maybe think twice before you state your 'opinions' of someone else. I agree with TJN --- WHY claim to want change for our Country, then turn right around talking hateful about someone you do not even know...?? That is (one reason) why our Country is SO divided....and it has to stop. |

Time is what it will take... We've seen Obama in the middle of some very heated political debates, campaigns for a long time now -- most politicians are good at speaking, but Obama has mastered it...He speaks and people listen, even those who have not supported him. Soon it will be time to see if he can walk the walk, and not just talk the talk. (yes he has in many ways, but being President is much different...) When he starts doing that, as every American who truly loves our Country hopes he does, - then much respect will be given I feel. Until then, there are still too many unanswered questions left in limbo -- that only time will answer. I do truly hope and pray he is able to pull this Country together. It was an incredible night to witness, very moving and uplifting. I did not vote for him - but, like he said, he is my President now too. ( well...he will be ) |

I did not vote for Obama - but I will support him as our President and hope for the best for our Country. It's not in me to speak out against the leader of America, never have and never will...- we all need to be like that...democrats/republican - the senseless bickering needs to stop, it's childish. I personally am very down-the-middle way of thinking, and have many family members/friends who are on EXTREME sides of how they think -- it is SO frustrating to be in the same room with people who oppose each other so much that basic respect is not given to each other. I'm always in the middle trying to calm these people down...it wears me out, ha. I've always believed, above what anyone else says or who the President is or is not, I am responsible for my life, my happiness and making the best of it for myself -- nobody else. So my mindset is, I make the most of whatever comes my way -- no matter what it is. There is no other choice in life...and I really do not see how everyone else doesn't "get" that. It's sad that now so many are celebrating as if their lives are suddenly going to change - and many are acting as it their lives are about to fall apart.... The President does not make anyone's life good or bad - it's up to each of us to do that on our own. That is what is important. "You must be the change you wish to see in the world" - (Gandhi) Don't wait for someone to make it happen for you. and support our Country, regardless of how you voted, please....the bickering needs to stop. |

wow drivin you are making me think i should have written my vote in blood lol.... Sorry, that did sound kinda depressing... Truth is im tired of all this. I'm tired of sounding like a broken record. I believe so strongly in our constitution and it gets ignored every day. The men that i truely respect are the ones that get ignored. The people that support Obama are blinded by their own support, and the people that vote McCain are just voting AGAINST Obama. It just seems like most people are sheep, being led by the wolves. "Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the vote." -Benjamin Franklin Just wish more peopel would arm themselves with knowledge... -- first of all, thanks for your service to our Country... and thanks also for your opinions and the way in which you express them. It's refreshing (to say the least)... |

Looks like this race is over

Let me just throw out there -- that if it ends up as it seems it will and Obama does win, everyone needs to make the most of it and not continue to whine and complain about everything in their life and blame it on him because they didn't vote for him. Over my lifetime I've heard SO many who will continually place blame on the government/President for how their life is a mess... Be responsible for your own life and make it the best that you can - nobody 'holds you down' but yourself. (and that goes for both sides) |

good stuff -- a topic complaining about politics which brings about more political talks... that's gotta give ya warm fuzzies all over, right? ;) (OH YEA...get out and VOTE!) It's important because unfortunately, in my opinion at least, MANY people who will whine and complain AFTER an election are the same people when asked will admit they did not vote. I will debate with anyone at all on how we think differently - but if someone does not vote, their opinion(s) and complaints no longer matter. |

I did a few weeks ago...it was for a neighbor lady of mine who is 77 and nervous to drive. She called me to see if I would mind taking her -- then afterwards asked me to take her grocery shopping too, which I did. It was funny -- on the way there she told me who she was voting for - I had voted the day before and told her my vote was not the same as hers - and that she would have to walk home, lol... Luckily, she knows me well enough to not be scared!! She only started laughing and told me I was so silly. So yes, I did it, and I would again -- but yea, it did kinda sting a little...I can admit that! ha |

Election Turn Out by race

I really feel the african-americans who would only vote for Obama because he is black are the same ones who have probably never voted before, so more than likely still will not vote. - Unfortunately, they will be the same people out in the streets rioting afterwards making it all about race and prejudices should Obama not win...which is sad. |
