Feel better!

It does get on my nerves when people email me and obviously haven't actually read my profile, and clearly we are not compatible people on any level.

Dad's had 2 of the treatments so far, and he's doing fine. The anesthesia makes him super-groggy, but other than that he seems to feel okay. We've got another one to go Friday, and then Monday, Wednesday, and Friday next week. Beyond that, I don't know. I drove to Tulsa Sunday night, and then back to OKC on Monday night. I worked yesterday (almost 10 hours, though I didn't realize it until I went to write down my time!!), and then drove back to Tulsa last night. I got in around 10, showered, and went to bed around 11? Got up at 5 and did the whole bit this morning. Mom's at the salon right now for a haircut, and then I'll go pick her up and we'll get lunch, bring it home to eat, and then I will be taking a NAP. Thanks for all your nice words, I really appreciate it :)

we had a chili cookoff at my office a few weeks ago, and I made some excellent veggie chili! And some arse made a huge deal about how it wasn't real chili because it didn't have meat, and he wouldn't try it! Of course, he was also making a huge deal about his hunting conquest and all of this stuff... And he was like, "I didn't climb to the top of the food chain to eat vegetables!" And I wanted to say something snarky -- but I didn't. I was proud of myself. But I could have said a mouthful.

I guess... but it's annoying! I don't go around making a big deal about what they eat (even though I think it is kindof grotesque..)

That's cute :) I got flowers last year for V day from my best friend in Dallas.

I don't really care what people do, but I did happen to see a group of people on the side of the road yesterday dressed up like Tom Cruise holding signs that said things like, "FREE KATIE HOLMES!!" and some other stuff about Scientology being a cult and stuff. It was kinda funny.

As soon as I get out of here, I'm stopping at Starbucks on the way home for some real coffee :)

I left my cat's new container of cat litter in the trunk over night. It got very cold. I put it in his litter box yesterday. If he'd gone to use it immediately, would it equate to us getting up in the morning and sitting on a cold toilet seat?

The sign on the wall of the hospital said, "No equipment on this wall." Directly beneath the sign sat a bed pushed against the wall -- a clear violation of the rules!

Do not get an attitude with the people at the pizza ordering call center. My mom demanded that they remake the pizza they messed up and deliver it. She obviously pissed off the woman taking the new order, because she put it in the computer as a carry-out order. It took an extra hour and a half for me to get my dinner last night

If my cat would be as annoying at the usual time that the alarm goes off as he is an hour earlier, I would make it to work on time!!

I truly am a caffeine addict... I'm even managing to drink disgusting coffee just to get my fix! This stuff is... ugh, is it actually coffee?

Someone needs to rethink both hospital gowns and admitting procedures.

With about 6 packets of sugar, this waiting room coffee is tolerable, at best!

I would have to pose for one in the bathroom (so I can see what it looks like before I take the picture!) if I didn't have mine... 'cause I don't have alot of pictures of myself. But some people do take some interesting self-photos... ;)

Why didn't they put it in a cast or something? The bruising is normal (when I sprained my ankle, it was absolutely disgusting for a while). Are you supposed to go see your regular doctor soon or something?

I don't understand why omnis feel the need to go into a thread that's clearly for the (apparently few) vegetarians on the site and make snarky comments. It's not appreciated.

It's true. It's probably a good thing Eddie can't roar or tear me apart, or he wouldn't just get pissy when I forget to put food down for him -- he'd eat me!

Hey, my cat is bigger than most small dogs (he weighs about 15 lbs, but he's not fat, he's just BIG)!

I need to take something to knock me out tonight and maybe I won't wake up until it's time to pack and drive to Tulsa tomorrow...
