lol so did you get stuff for free they said they were 'so sorry' and they offered me a free burger (I'm veggie) So that was particularly helpful, huh. I'm veggie too, and whenever something gets messed up at a fast food place, they want to give me a burger or a taco. I'm like, "Um, the point of the special order in the first place was to not have meat on it!" And they don't get it. As for your accent... did they eventually get it, at least? That sucks
