People could post anything they want online, would not give me the right or even the desire to want to meddle...because I am too busy with my own life  but you're complaining about people who meddle, so it must bother you. If someone is doing something you don't like and it effects you, tell them...or ignore them... but if you do nothing, they will continue to do it... it's your choice. I completely agree with you lily. So then my question is why would someone bring the subject up if it didn't bother them? To me it doesn't make any sense to even post a subject about it then. |

Oh, I should say so. I jumped into a river bed, landed on a tree trunk; I do think. I ended up getting 26 stitches in my right knee. Then the following year, Jumped from a six foot tall ladder into a plastic swimming pool, ended up with 20 stitches on same knee, just below the first set. Then at the laundry mat, I was swinging on those over head clothes bars, went to get down and the table feel onto my right hand, just missing my head, well I should say my neck. That ended up in 30 stitches across my inner hand. There are a lot more, but I could write a book. I still have all the scars from them. |

He is your brother....and regardless of how many times it takes...be there for him...you never know when you will not have the chance to do so...his choices may not be the ones you would make for him...but that is why they belong to him. If he keeps going back, they are showing that they are trying and I could never hold that against anyone...and he will know when it is enough. Thank you for your response. I know that I should do this without thinking, But my brother has done this to me a few time in the past. This time I do believe it is a final thing between them. So I will probably go to Illinois. this next Friday. |

My brother and his wife have signed the final papers for their divorce. He wants to leave the town that he has lived in for many decades and start over fresh, giving up his job that he has had for many decades as well. He is cashing everything in just to get away from there the reason is that none of our family is still alive in that area. So this would be the third time he and his wife have done this. Now the questions I have asked him trying to find answers out are not being addressed. So would you take in a relative that has pulled this "needing a place" in the past? I know as brothers we have had our differences. But he has given those habits up years ago. I am not just too sure if I want to do this. I have been there in the past and he just goes back. I have been trying to make him think about all the facts before making the move to here.

My last two relationships were with younger guys both lasted 2+ years. Both wanted to make the arrangement permanent. For misc. reasons they ended up not working out by my choice. But I think it is all about who you are comfortable with not thier age. Would I date a younger guy again? Sure thing if I had things in common with them and if they had more on thier minds than just getting laid....But having said that I have to add a disclaimer I won't date anyone any age that's just looking for sex..... I agree Destiny. I get hit up all day long from younger guys just wanting sex. I'm not gonna be their "older woman experience" But that's exactly why I started the DEMI/ASHTON thread .. for me it's all about what I have in common with guys. And men my age just don't cut it for me. I still love to live on the edge, blast my music and race my car .. shut down a BMW last night LOL I LOVE the younger mindset .. works for me  Actually sex doesn't have a whole lot to do with my preferring younger  . And you don't think someone of my age still does that? I went out yesterday and got Marilyn Manson and Lil Wayne Cd's. I have a very decent system in my car, and I was playing my music loud, driving down the highway. I know when the proper time to turn it down is though. And on my way back, On a 4 lane hwy, Raced some younger people, it was a blast. I guess this makes me old then. |
