If the toxicology comes back as cause(Does anyone really think anything else) then yes should be a homicide and Drs should pay the price....
Here in Florida Oxycontins are all over the streets. They walk into a Dr office and pharmacy and get them like candy... A friend of mine died last year of a overdose..HE!! he was prescribed 750 oxys the month he died...THAT IS ONE AN HOUR!!!!!!! I kick myself for not stepping in...... |

the Obama bashing channel. Not only that but they bend their news to fit a right wing agenda. Liberal becomes a bad word on their channel but liberal is no worse than conservative in reality. I think i'm going to come up with a new word for liberal. How about "Neoliberal"? Kinda like "neoconservative". You see, most "liberals" identify themselves as liberal, when in fact, they want bigger government, and more control over the people. Just like conservatives that are pro-war, or want to bail out businesses. They are both false identifiers. Can't claim to be a liberal, when you think we need more laws and regulations. I think, anyways, that the term "liberal" stands for ones who support "liberty" and "conservatives" are the ones supporting plans that are fiscally "conservative". Or am i wrong?  You can put different dressing on you salad but in the end its the same salad...Just some leaves are browner than others!!!

I agree, if they can prove he is not justified in his claim. It has all the relevance in the world! It takes a trial, and because of his claim they would have to prove positively that BHO was born a US citizen. How can that NOT be relevent? Also, it is not desertion, it is failure to obey an order. That is the law, and his right. All I care about, rights, truth and fact. By the way.... failure to obey an order whether direct or indirect is subject to court martial and can include up to 10 years imprisonment I believe, depending on the nature of the degree and nature of the crime. |

What we needed to and failed to do so was SECURE OUR BOARDERS AND PORTS!!! We spent all that money on two wars yet our boarders and ports are still not secure!!!!!

its so amazing how republicans will do or say anything to put down Obama.the fact is you lost the election, time for you people to move on,your hero Sarah palin lost so no matter what you say or whine about, in the end Obama won you lost next. Funny thing, you speak as if republicans are the ones in these forums putting Obama down. You may not remember, but everyone that commented so far has never stood for the republican party. To question ones leadership is only natural. The dangerous mode of thinking, is when you don't question the powers that be, because you assume that it's a different party in charge. This shows evidence of not doing enough homework on the matter. The Obama administration, thus far, is everybit as shadey as Bush's administration. When you change the engineer on a train, you don't necessarily change the direction the train is headed.
