Drinking magnolia helps. They used to use it for exorcism, but it works for getting over a breakup too.

Read, find someone to talk to, make plans, dream, or else just do something arbitrary for the fun of it.

I am thinking that anyone familiar with driving in Norfolk knows to look at the tide chart instead of the traffic update.

One out of every four people will accept you on a level that others will not.

It can be kind of fun facing anxiety. It is good to practice both in high stake and low stake situations. High stake is more observant and careful, and low stake is more creative and like play.

I try to make myself vulnerable and honest when I can, to understand social situations and my fears, and to strengthen my character. As an example, on here, I admit that I will get bad digestion such that I can not sleep, if I eat dinner real late at night. So if I am going out to fancy dinners late at night with people, I actually go to bed much later the day before, so that late at night is not really late on my internal clock, so I don’t get indigestion. I admit things like that where I know it is okay to, but never let on at a formal dinner.

When I was younger, I had a slight fear of spiders. That later turned into a slight affection for spiders.

I am tempted to take some brick nails and nail my old squeaky leather shoes to the sidewalk.

There have been a few slightly terrifying things for me that became an obsession or a fetish, depending on if it was sexual or not, but they have pretty much faded.

I don’t have a foot fetish, if I were with a woman who did, I would not mind to trade socks or something, haha.

What you wrote has incomplete ideas, though it is still interesting.

It is good to have senses (sensation). A certain amount of nonjudgmental awareness is important too, because the world cannot be fully described by our words and theories.

And when it comes down to it, sensation is still a kind of word, because it is representative of the world. Thusly, some nonscience also has its essential place.

I wish peace with his spirit.

Have you ever made 20-hour cold brew tea (or native caffeine-bearing species) for lack of a campfire?
