Sorry guys, have been laying low, seems like the sky has been falling on my head and I am not handling it too well. Still upset over my initial rant, again sorry for ranting that day, but things are about the same, but trying to figure a solution out to the issue and hoping I may have come up with some way to deal with it. Wish I could go into details but I really can't, I am just so frustrated over it, but hope my "solution" will help the problem.

Then today, the icing on the cake. Late last year had an Adult Protective Services complaint filed on me for getting behind on my dad's nursing home bill, long story, but anyways, my name was on his checking account and I took some money out to pay some bills, I put most of it back but not all. So the nursing home filed the complaint against me. Got a letter today I was found guilty of "Exploitation" - using my dad's money. Yeah, to pay his freaking bills, and I told the investigator that. That was at the time he had a travel trailer behind the house and was renting it, he got the rent money and I paid all the utilities, the insurance, repairs, his cell phone, buy his dinner Friday nights and Saturday and Sunday morning because he wants to eat out (about $75 week), clothing, hygiene needs he wants, it goes on and on, and now they are saying I was ripping him off. I was drowning in bills because of the trailer, and told the investigator, $200 water bill, $180 electric bills monthly, $256 to fill the propane every 6-8 weeks, $550 for a new hot water heater, it goes on and on, and I was exploiting him?? I put back most of what I borrowed, but was maybe $500 short, so now I have to fight this too. I am still buying his meals, paying his cell phone, his insurance, anything he needs down there, candy for the staff for all holidays (a good $20), plus putting money in his account (over $300 in the last 2 months) because he goes out and buys doughnuts for the staff almost every day and he doesn't have that much money. He called yesterday and wanted Chinese food, so that was $10 (unplanned) and had to leave work 1/2 hour early to take it to him, etc. So I want to know who is watching out for my rights??? Damn, guess you guys didn't know what a worthless jerk I was!!

My boss is in a snit over crap at work, they moved my office into an ugly area that is filled with dust and I am allergic so I have been congested ever since and the noise is unreal, is hard to hear what I am trying to type.

well, a couple of new teeth decided that wanted to start "singing" today, i wish sometimes i just yank them out on my own......i think one of them is trying to abcess tho because my face is starting to swell and feels like it's on fire

Get ye to a dentist with a payment plan.Abcesses can kill if let go!!
