Jesus did NOT break ANY laws.

Jesus was without sin.

claiming or trying to convince the people that you are God would be breaking both Jewish and Roman laws

so MorningSong ..did Jesus ever claim to be God

Please enlighten us where this was a law and how he broke it.

first let see if Jesus claim to be God then after that then we will search for the laws that he perhaps broke by making such claims

I already showed where Jesus told us he was our God. Now it is your turn to back your claims and show where it broke a law.

He did not break one law. Jesus was fulfilling the old covenant/law and give us a new. He did not one sin nor did he break any law(s).

Cowboy... did Jesus ever claim that he was God?

Isaiah 41:13

13For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

don't hide behind scripture....I'm asking you...did Jesus claim that he was God

Seriously, what in the world are you talking about? You asked if Jesus claimed to be God, so I showed where he specifically says he's God. No one's hiding behind any scriptures. Ask and ye shall receive.

Cowboy...scripture can be mis-interpeted...which is why I'm asking you....did Jesus ever claim to be God

If you read Matthew, a major portion of that is the scribes trying sooooo hard to find Jesus sinning. An entire chapter.

Nothing.

They gave up on finding him at fault, they FRAMED him. Created lies. Etc.

also you claim that Jesus never claimed to be God...Cowboy said that he did claimed to be God.....so you both can't be right

so are you right or is Cowboy right

He wasn't crucified for claiming to be our God. He was crucified for saying he was King of the Jews. Which he is also, he is king of kings.

LORD.

And he was speaking ON BEHALF of THEIR OVERALL MIGHTY GOD.

AND, Funches.

HE WAS FULFILLING A PROPHECY THEY KNEW WOULD COME TO PASS BECAUSE GOD TOLD MOSES and those people.

He claimed exactly what they knew would come to pass; the prophecy.

Thus, it is NOT a sin, because he was RIGHT.
It was not a broken law because he was RIGHT.

They knew it, they spent years trying to pin blame/fault on him.

If what you said was true, why did Jesus have to FALSELY take the stand of what he was being accused of??

Jesus NEVER said "I AM GOD".

THAT would be "breaking" their law.
But the Jew law was the Law of GOD.

Jesus NEVER broke Jewish Law.

Just as he NEVER broke Roman Law.
Which you seem obsessed about as well.

Exactly, glad you pointed this out. Jesus never said he was God. Jesus always said he was OUR God. If he would have claimed to be God in general, that would have ment he was claiming to be over all and have authority over all even including his father. Thus is the reason he said he was OUR God, and he cried out to his father saying HIS God.

lol funches, listen please.

Jesus isn't God in general. Jesus is OUR God, he is not where the buck stops. He is where the buck stops with US, but not in general. Thus he did his father's will as we are to do Jesus' will.

No because it was Prophecy.

"The Lord GOD of Men shall come before thee in the Flesh."

God told them HE would come.
