Because a few of, let's call them, influential douchebags, "hated" Jesus; so they spread lies and blasphemy against him to incite the Jewish people to hate him; such things as a "False Prophet" and what not. All of which was, in its own, a fabricated lie. They just wanted him gone. Just like present day, if one man can sound convincing enough, he can convince people to engage in horrific acts. That's what they did. Lied. yep...if they believe that Jesus was a false prophet that is breaking Jewish law...even today Jews do not accept him as the Messiah...are they also spreading lies ..of course they wouldn't. That would calling their entire faith; ie, it's heritage, nothing but blasphemers. Think about, seriously, if they admitted Jesus WAS the Messiah; they would be at fault, the sole peoples to blame for the crucifixion of Christ. C'mon, that's common state cop-out. Wait, you believe the narative where the Jews said they wanted a curse on themselves and their offspring? The Romans corrupted the text... Come again? Pilate "washed" his hands of killing an innocent man? Yeah right, he knew he was innocent and condemned him to die. Do you think the governor of PA would execute a man he knew was innocent? Caesar himself at the time was a proven pacifist when it came to the concepts of "practicing" religion; as i stated earlier, he was actually ridiculed by Romans for being far too lenient in letting the Jews practice/worship however they so desired. Do I believe Pilate could have tried to wash his hands entirely? Yes, I do. Why? It wasn't his "religion" but the idea that it "could" be true, would be a viable deterrent especially when there was no "crime". |

just our "mind"... God is SPIRIT..... we must come to God in SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH..... NOT via the "mind "........ This is why one must be BORN AGAIN , in order to FULLY Understand and Fully SEE TRUTH. When we are born again, our spirit which was dead from sin, is Now made ALIVE again...and our spirtual eyes which were BLIND , are NOW OPEN ...so that NOW we CAN SEE .  We CAN SEE NOW that GOD'S WORD is True... and that The Bible IS GOD'S WORD and GOD'S WORD STANDS TRUE FOREVER . Amen.

If what she said here was absolute true with no other speculations, there wouldn't be so much "diversity" amongst the belief that comes from the scriptures eg., Catholic, Christian, all the different denominations of Christianity, ect. Yes a non-believer won't get the same out of the scriptures as a believer, but non-the-less it's not specifically because they aren't "saved", just they personally view things differently.
