Topic: Do You Have The Right To Believe

I pray that you take thi advice for once in your life,

or else, God will deal with you about your erroneous

teaching on here.

God will not allow you to continue to mock His Word forever.

Morningsong!

Do you know how a Christian tells a person that they are full of s*h*i*t and to go to hell?

They say, "I will pray for you."

You have gone further than that and have used your "god" to threaten someone you don't agree with.

Do you not realize what you are doing?

Let people believe the way they choose.

We have free will and we have access to the same Bible.

Why do you think that your understanding is better than everyone elses?

If you believe you are going to heaven, then you should be happy.

Do not curse others or worry about their souls. It is not your job save people. That is, I'm sure you will agree, Jesus's job.

It's not exactly that. It's her judging of others and continualling denial of what the scriptures say. She has a very good heart and spirit. She's just a bit extreme. She believes what she knows is the absolute with out a doubt compact truth and no way of it being wrong. And not saying I'm 100% correct on everything, there are times I was wrong. Which I then conceded from when shown my error, MorningSong has a hard time doing that for she believes she is right without a doubt and can't be wrong. And is why we have different denominations. The person(s) that started baptists believe they have it 100% correct without a doubt as well do say catholics, lutherans, church of chirst, ect ect. They deny the fact that they may have possibly translated something incorrectly.

This sounds like an angry desperate attempt to threaten and intimidate using God.

"God will deal with you about your erroneous teaching on here.

God will not allow you to continue to mock His Word forever."

Really??

I don't think so.

Hell fire and damnation preachers I don't like.

Doesn't teach the love of Christ, "discussing" that way. I've asked her many times along with anyone and everyone else if there is an error they see, lets discuss. We'll discuss it using verses throughout the bible to see which one is in the error. Again, she has shown me my errors in the past. But in the instance the verses back what I'm saying. It separates Jesus and the Father from one another all the way back to genesis. With using "God" or "LORD God". They are one God, yes. For God means authority. They are one authority, they rule in accordance with one another. The father doesn't say "lets do this" but Jesus says "nah, doing that would be much better" ... They are ONE, they have the same wills, the same desires, they work in accordance with one another.

Most people still don't know what exactly I believe. They do know which "facts" I claim are actually written.

I tended to make no opinionated claims but that has changed.

For 2 years I waited for just one atheist to defend an evilbible.com rant.

I would have killed them in a debate with 1 line...

I don't take the Bible litteraly, do you???

No, it's called a gift. Jesus died spiritually so you would not have to.

if Jesus died spiritually...then he definitly won't be coming back ...as himself

I agree with this...

some what.

Once washed in the Pool of Remembrance he would enter the Well of Life as a physically changed person. The Water of Life quickens one but the DNA that was, is changed to that which is, by the very Reality of Life.

Yet the Sprit remains the same.

He defeated death though, and resurrected into life. He is more powerful then death and the gates of hell could not hold his soul.

the fact that he came back and disappeared in front of his disciples is an indication that Jesus came back as a ghost and didn't defeat a physical death

No, it could have been that the man was not Jesus. In another scripture there was a story that it was Simon who actually hung on the cross, not Jesus. It was all in the plan. Judas identified him as Jesus. Jesus escaped.

According to some Gnostic traditions, Simon of Cyrene, by mistaken identity, suffered the events leading up to the crucifixion, and died on the cross instead of Jesus. This is the story presented in the Second Treatise of the Great Seth, although it is unclear whether Simon or another actually died on the cross.[9] This is part of a belief held by some Gnostics that Jesus was not of flesh, but only took on the appearance of flesh (see also Basilides and Irenaeus and Swoon hypothesis).

also if Jesus's face and body was battered and bruised before the crucifixion then he would have been unrecognizable anyway ...

but those Gnostic codices and the bible both brings up a puzzling question

if the goal of Jesus dying on the cross was to prove to believers that there were life after death...then why would Jesus be resurrected as Flesh and Blood and not a Ghost ....it doesn't make sense

Appearances. Huh?

Man, they can be deceiving.

It all depends what a "real" ghost looks like.
Also depends on the "energy" of said ghost.

For example.

If you've ever seen Being Human.
Sally is a ghost; a wandering spirit.
They look "exactly" like they did before they "died".
They bare no marks, wounds, etc from the time they died.
In fact, all that is the same, is their clothes.
They can't change them.

Applying that concept.

When Jesus came back, he only "retook" his body metaphorically.
His original "body" could have "dissipated". (We'll say)
The result, in itself, would be the "appearance", and only by that appearance, to be the same "exact" body.

However.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
An angel "revived" him, did he not?
If so.
No one saw this "angel".
That said. My question is...

Outside of his "body" disappearing from the cave..
..who actually "witnessed" or "saw" Jesus rise from the grave?

ALL Christians Believe God is ONE ENTITY!!!

(except for cults, who don't believe).

Even all mainline denominations agree on this basic simple

truth of the gospel..that God is ONLY ONE SUPREME BEING!!!!!!!

I couldn't care less what "all christians" believe. I don't believe purely what "Christians" believe. "Christian" is man made. I care about what the scriptures say, not what some religion says. And the scriptures say specifically separate God the father from God the son all the way back to Genesis, thus showing two separate ENTITIES.

Are you sure you don't read some Hollywood's scenario of "Holy scriptures' by Steven Spielberg ?

surprised bigsmile

And to be correct in what I ask you may you tell us what kind or the name of scriptures you read ??

think

lol yeah I'm sure I don't read anything from Steven. I read the Holy Bible and it's scriptures. I usually go with King James, but I most always cross reference mongst the different interpretations with one another.

I think that you start to confuse totally the religion . noway

More and more Jesus starts to appear like some character of cartoon net and with bible interpretation for the beginners of courses "How to be a writer" ... surprised

Pls try to read the bible first ...or soon Jesus gonna send us here , in the forums, hell fire reading your free translations and hypothesis .

Are you sure Dan Brawn didn't call you ..lol

Many have said there were errors, for have shown the errors and succeeded. So when you just say there's errors without showing the error, your comments are mute and in vein, for they are just an accusation with nothing to back the statement in any way.

the errors were put there on purpose

to create doubt

the bible is like a password protected file

you will never understand it without faith

some do not hold the key

there is only one way

you can not pick the lock

or build a tower

you have free will

if any man has ears let him hear

I think they were man-made and being able to spot them as such seems quite evident to me.

The errors came from later translation of bible and after editing it in purpose to serve the needs of churches after Nicaea, 321-325 .
Many of the scriptures have been changed or added new .

That editing was unacceptable for east part of Christians /latter Orthodox Greek church/ who appealed for keeping the original translation /version of bible , and also unacceptable for the west Christians /latter Catholics / insisted for more powerful and strong religious scriptures in it.
Latter many errors come out of that 'new edition' of the bible and in many places there are contradictions in facts , even in gospels describe the same event

CowboyGH ,
no one can talks, interprets and analyzes in the right way something which he didn't read or read here-there and most of the time reads someone's comments .

To discuss something we need knowledge at least abt the subject we discuss on ... Other way that is bla bla or to seek for attention.

Or .... call Dan Brown telling him your version ..bigsmile

Well first off, what you are claiming I said in this post, I did not say. Secondly how do you know it was altered? Changed? Added to? Or anything else? Can you and have you read the original hebrew version of the scriptures? Because from my research, it is very close to the original. So please do enlighten us with specific verses that were added, changed, or taken away possible. And give reference to where you get this information so we can see for ourselves.

Cause not meaning this insultively or anything, but what you say is flat out hearsay.

ROFLOL. This just means you are not who we are arguing against. Plenty of Westboro like churches out there who represent that stance.

You cant destroy us in a debate where we agree that taking the bible literally is a mistake.

ugh Peter, its just painful to see you think this is a win, or even a debate at all lol.
