The relationship between you and God is between you and God. Our father will reveal the truth to you if you seek the truth. Don't seek an interpretation of a verse(s), seek the meaning and truth. And the truth and or wisdom isn't in one verse, or two verses, or even three. One must understand all the knowledge before one can understand it. This also includes old testament stuff, you can not understand today and tomorrow if one is still confused about yesterday. Again, not accusing you of anything, no accusations of lacking of knowledge, not accusing ANYTHING. Just merely an observed opinionated advice.

Jesus never stated that he was the father ...so why are you lying as if he did ...I've asked you for a passage from the bible where Jesus himself states this....you have yet to provide one, until you do try and refrain from spreading lies

MorningSong...you took one passage and came to a conclusion...try reading the passages before Hebrew 1:8 and they will reveal that it wasn't a quote diretly from God himself to Jesus....it was a visionary telling the story ....it was a story of how God was trying to make Jesus higher than the angels not that Jesus was God

now you are once again claiming that God The Father is someone other than Jesus

The contradiction is only in your head my friend.

Jesus is OUR father. Jesus is the way to HIS father, we worship HIS father through JESUS CHRIST the son. We do Jesus' will we do his father's will, for his will is his father's will.

He didn't have to. And he may have. There is a large amount of Jesus' life that is not included in the bible. The bible is more or less the main scriptures, a summary if you will.

Matthew 3:17

Cowboy 1 = Jesus is OUR father, notice I emphasise on the our.
Cowboy 2 = Jesus is the way to God the father. Jesus' father.
Cowboy 3 = There is only one father, God the father. He is the creator of all. Jesus and his father are one, they have the same will, they work together as one, they are more or less one. A car is made up of many parts, but all the parts work together as one. They make up one car, Jesus, The Holy Ghost, and the Father make up one God, they all work together as one, they are one.

Why would Jesus have to say it? Jesus took on the form of a servant, he wasn't out to glorify himself. So why would he say it specifically, cause in response it would have glorified him. He wasn't here to glorify himself, he was here to glorify the father.
