Oh goody, I love crappy sci-fi movies. I don't like the ten commandments though. I prefer the planet of the apes.

I prefer the black and white ones

attack of the killer shrews
attack of the giant leeches
creature from the black lagoon
Them
Tarantula
The Giant Mantis
The Gill Man

Yeh those are really crappy!  laugh

Oh Yuck , havent you watched any good movies lately.

There are some great barbie movies out..
Or
Tangled,
Enchanted.
So many fairytales.flowerforyou

I'm watching a fairytale tonight called The Ten Commandment....

there's a pretty cood scene when Moses throws The Ten Commandment tablet at some of his naughty people and blows them all up, apparently killing people was how they showed the love back in them biblical days .....

I loved the 10 Commandments. and yep God has had heaps of people killed through out the bible

the bible tells you that he was a jealous God. He killed without remorse as he was God.. Well as far as I can see it was without remorse.
God was sorry he had made us and would have wiped us all out, yep he was sad, but I am not sure that it was sadness for himself or sadness for what he had to do to get rid of the yuck..

Now remember that I am not quoting anything here this is just my generalisation of what I have read and its to late at night for me to go and search what it actually said. but he destroyed people.
And didnt the bible tell us with
Cain and Abel, that God hated one and loved the other, thats something else I am too tired to remember, but its vaguely floating around in my brain somewhere..
Sometimes I think people have a pretty picture of God as only being love. But that is not correct, God can hate and yes he does love..
But if god is going to judge everyone, then he is going to hate everything evil..
Hmmmm It's probably a little like me, I can hate what someone does but I dont hate the person..
rofl rofl rofl rofl
And before youtell me I think I am God:wink: I am not, I just wonder how he would feel, Whether his hate and anger would only be directed at the deed or at the person. I think the deed. And I dont care what anyone says it does show that he gets angry , and it would be nieve for us to think he didnt. Especially when the book shows us he does:smile:

hmmm i didnt really know about it, whats difficult with the trinity..

I always told the kids its like the sun..
You have the actual burning ball part of the sun (or gases) whatever that middle bit is, then you have the heat that comes off, and then you have the light from the sun..
All one but all different.

Isnt that all it is, a complete unit but still seperate.. I dont know I am not even going there..

so which believes which..As I have no idea. I guess i am just someone who thinks God is real, but is having to go over everything I think to make sure its sits right after reading all this stuff.

You all have great points, I just have to sort through opinions to find truth in what is said.

but the sun has specifics that makes it the Sun and supposedly so do God and one of those specfics is that God is supposedly omniscient

since Jesus did not know the time of judgement day he therefore isn't omniscient and therefore hasn't the specifics of a God

Hmmm but isnt that just cause hes not acutally God but a part of Godwhat Does the bible actually say that he is God, My children are a part of me but they surely arnt me.

Or is that the belief that the two are actually one that sort of seperates when they want to..

That would be wierd cause then you wonder why jesus will sit next to god and not just be him..

Jesus also asked God to forgive them for they know not what they do.... so if Jesus is God then that would mean that Jesus had to ask himself to ask himself for permission to ask himself to forgive

What did Yahshua mean by this?

Matt 28:18 - Mark 1:1

18 And Yahshua came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

NKJV

What did Yahshua teach about observing? That he commanded..Blessings..Miles

it may mean that Yahshua did not want to get himself in trouble and used the people instead ....he had a chance to give this same messages to Pontious Pilate but failed to do so ...
