Sounds like you may have a pinched nerve.
I have them too.. Try takin Advil for the sweeling....your nerve is most likely inflamed...you need to tak anti-inflamatories. Lay down take it easy.... lay on your side with a pillow between your thighs. Hope this helps some. Get better Debbie!

I think the thing that would make me special to swomeone is that I appreciate things. I don't have much, but I am thankful for having a roof over my head and for my daughter. I try not to take anything for granted and to show my appreciation when someone is kind to me. I WISH i could sing like countrybumpkin! trust me, you will appreciate me NOT singing! thats weird i posted and its disappeared?? i said wow you can all think of something, and i cant.  DEBBIE1980, You are a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart. You are there when your friends or lover needs you . You are a strong independant woman who although can support herself , still needs to share her heart with the man of her dreams.
