Should Everyone Online be required to have a license? Nope. I'm paying for the service, so I shouldn't have to pay govt/register to use it. This is a bit old school, but remember back when CB raidos were big?! by law you were required to have a license. A registered handle. Should that be the case with the Internet? Of course, you don't have to have a license anymore. Know why? A couple of reasons: First, so many people were buying in to the craze and ignored the requirement of licensing, and secondly, the FCC was inundated with so many applications, they couldn't handle the overload. (You are, however, bound by FCC regulations regarding the equipment and its use). You buy all of the fishing gear, but you are required to have a fishing license. |

Yeah and now they did away with that CB license, just another money grab by the Gov. No License! The internet is the fast lane of mis-information, manipulation, lies, porn, filth, and the greatest access to real information and communication ever. If it were enforced, it would stop the predators! another thought, make ALL porn sites.. toll taxed. just like a real highway. Make it so that everyone has to pay by credit card or pay pal before you can get into the site. and no more porn pop ups or adds allowed.. such sites should be closed down immediately. You have to be the one to make sure your kids are safe on the internet.
for beginners, set them up their own accounts on the computer, this way you can decide where they go and what they do online. There are tons of free child safe programs to help keep the safe. do some research. lastly...federal Internet crime complaint center. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx |

Yellowrose, you may disagree with me, but I have studied dance, especially the history and psychology of it. The way someone moves when they dance is an indicator of how interested they are in the other party, and possibly even an indicator of how good an intimate partner they would be. OMG!!! I'm not talking Bible here but... Do you think each person was put on Earth for a distinct purpose? Have you wondered what your "Purpose is" or do you think you know what your purpose is? How do we know? Can change in and through life and living... When I first found out I was going to be a dad,,,THAT raising and self felt duty,,,was in MY MIND THEN,,,to be my calling.. NOW,,,as my kids are grown,,,and some how through cahnce,,I came here..... I truly feel,,,that THIS PLACE,,,,,as to unite friendships with,,, ones who our in pain,,or sarrow,,,,and I feel THIS is my calling to do,,,,to help ALL,,,who feel,,,,,down,weak,troubled,depressed,alone. ALL,,,,,and through three years now on here,,,,I have helped many to know,,,,their not alone,,,and they have a real friend..wink Glad you are able to help some. Myself , I just don't get that much from the internet. just a pass time. |
