Ha, at least temp is going up for you! ^^^ 22C occasional sun, both clouds & blue sky. We should get more sun here in the afternoon. And when it does come through it is really warm! In a pleasant way :) Me thinks doing another wash and hanging it outdoors again like yesterday. Haha, you noticed! Not much sun but at least itβs warm. I hung out a washing at 9am and it was dry by 11am. |

I was in two minds, but the sun was still warm and a lot of wind. I haven't done the outdoor drying in years to be honest, but it smells nice! |

Another beautiful morning.

25C Mostly sunny even though there are clouds still. Also lots of blue sky.
I hear and see a lot of swallows flying round and making their typical peeping noises. Meaning there are a lot of insects. Kind of weird, this usually happens in the evening, not morning. |

Hey! Your summer has started!!! Nice!
29C started with sun & blue sky. I had to drive my son somewhere, an hr's drive, the appointment took longer than expected. Then back in that heat, in a black car, no airco, pffffffffff I had water with me, but damn... I was beginning to get overheated in the end. I think the amount I sweated was more than the content of the water bottle, hihi. But... at least he got done what needed to be done. Now it's cloudy, as forecast, and feels sticky as the temp is still 29C. Indoors is 25C now so I put the fan on. |

There is a rumour that the weather is supposed to get better at the weekend but Iβll believe it only when it happens
What a shame your carβs a/c is on the blink. Not sure Iβd be able to drive comfortably in that heat without it. My car has an all glass roof so when itβs sunny the car is like a sauna. |

The car I had for 19 yrs before this one didn't have it at all. Since the weather can sometimes get real hot -even if briefly- these days I was happy to see this car did have an AC. And then it was like sod's law to find out it doesn't work :/ I think only refilling as the motor does work, but it doesn't cool. And refilling costs a bomb. So then it's back to no AC and window partly open. Not all as I don't like a draft, certainly not when sweaty. |

I remember having to recharge my air con in my Landrover and it was under Β£100 which I thought was a fair price for my comfort hehe |

I looked it up, should indeed cost between E100 - E200. Weird as my girl was told around E300-E400. Maybe it was her car, dunno.
In any case, I haven't that money to spare at the mo... I'd sooner have the indicator lever fixed. It works normally, mind you, but it is constantly ticking very fast. Malfunction in the wiring inside. Since it's also the switch for the lights it costs over E300 for just that 27C occasional sun, both clouds & blue sky |

Glad to hear that it wonβt cost an arm and a leg to fix it. The reason I mentioned my Landrover was because they do charge an arm and a leg lol hence the reason I traded it in.

Oh I can understand that! Cars expensive in maintenance aren't handy, hihi.
I'm dreading the time of MOT coming nearer and nearer. Still a few months away, October. But still. My girl said she won't drive me over there anymore as it's too far (the mechanic moved last year). So it's going to be another one for the first time in years. I'm not chuffed about that as my own trusted mechanic often helped me out as he knows I have little money. And I trusted him to do a good job. Since I have no man and myself no knowledge of car maintenance the MOT is the only time it gets looked at so I need it to be safe. And another official garage I went to before him had let me drive and MOT-ed the car while the brake lines were about to break!!! The next year my mechanic replaced the whole lot and told me that could NOT have happened within a year and that he would've replaced them the year before. I guess that garage couldn't be bothered as it was a lot of work. Mechanic had to remove the petrol tank to get it done which turned out to be a biotch to remove, hihi. I think he worked 6 hours total on the brake lines alone. And charged me 3 hrs work... Right now not chuffed about how my current car brakes... Oh well... cars & costs... |

24C sunny with some white clouds.
We got a tropical heat wave coming next week... Temps of 30C, then 2 days 34C. Considering it always is warmer than they say... Now that I'm not looking forward too although I am happy we're having quite the great summer this year. |
