It is so incredibly hot you can almost lean into it. I'm glad I made it to the hospital (ENT) and back in one piece. I was mildly concerned about my car as its engine cannot cool off with this stinking heat and it doesn't have a temp indicator.
Also concerned about my cats. They're outdoors in the shadow somewhere while it's cooler indoors, indoors being 27C at the mo. Thank goodness the wind is picking up. Doesn't bring cool air as the air is hot, but the movement of air does help. It's not been this hot since I lived here, which is now close to 20 yrs. Further inland it will be 40C or hotter... |
