I watch the history channel about this yesterday...

found it interesting really goes far back ...
so many died ... like now...

this makes me wonder can these flees
and ticks you may find on your pet give you covid ...

I heard our vaccines... may only work for 6 months...
I can not answer that ... just what i heard ...
but get your vacs ...so you can be safer ...

So many should never be blamed or hated for any of these pandemic ... this started long before some where even born ... and a good thing we have now vaccines for it ... I myself feel grateful ...that we have a vaccine now ...that can help lower the death rates ...

The world is swarming with deadly pandemics, epidemics, diseases, and the history of humanity can certainly attest to this fact. There have been many instances spanning our existence of historic epidemics that threatened humanity.

While we are typically alarmed by more modern diseases and viruses such as AIDS or influenza, many scary health epidemics have been known to resurface over time. These illnesses that almost wiped out humans seem like something that could only happen in the distant past, but be warned: if we're not careful, future diseases could threaten to end humanity as we know it.

since AIDS ,from which only two people have died, many of these virus's are the result of humans

animals have been given anti-biotics , gene mantipulation

anti-biotics don't work as they should and babies are born with more alergies than ever before

diabetes , fatty diets , is the biggest disadvantage against catching covid-19

"man's greed will never make him rich

all the abundance in the world will forever keep him poor"

Many more people will die from the side effects of covid such as lung damage, or not seeking medical services during the pandemic, or even suicide. But for the vaccine only working for a short period of time it is to suppress the virus and if it doesn't have a host it can not spread. If you were running a pharmaceutical company would you design a one and done drug? Or would you come up with a drug that needs to be sold time and time again selling billions of doses each year? Clearly we have a long way to go, but as in past epidemics its has gotten better over time as will this one.

Looking at pandemics in our past, what's going on now is peanuts. Only 3% passes away, most people recover and only have mild Covid.

Of course in the past many things were related to extreme lack of hygiene and people not understanding the importance of hygiene.
Looking at Bubonic plague... it wiped out 30-50% of Europe's population and it took over 200 yrs to recover from that.
200 million dead in 4 yrs time.
Now that's a pandemic.

Also... we don't need to be warned. All we have to do is get to higher vibrations of love and oneness etc etc as this will boost our immune system to levels that we can't really get sick at all anymore.
The only reason we get ill is because of external factors like stress -which nowadays is a huge factor-, pollution, bad lifestyle, fear and negativity and so on.
If we stopped believing we'd have to age, get wrinkles, grey haired, sagged skin, and die around 80-90, we would live lord knows how long.
There's NO reason we should age other than our own belief and stress etc etc.
Those things shorten our telomeres which results in us indeed getting old, ill and so on.
Remove all those factors, meaning happy positive loving people, and suddenly we'd get way way older in good health, without really aging or not aging at all.
We are able to for instance become 200 years old. There is NO reason why we shouldn't other than stress and so on.
We really do all that to ourselves.
And this is scientifically proven, science has known this for decades.
It's just that the masses don't want to believe it as they're too stressed and stuck in ego.

It's the same with disease and illness. When happy and loving and positive you don't fall ill. The 'ill' genes won't get read anymore, only the health promoting and stimulating genes will be read.

Meaning we do NOT need a vaccine, we need to amp up our own state of mind and way of being and our own immune system will protect us.
And again, this is proven and fact not myth.

Forgot to add it to my post, but here you can see the history of all pandemics, an image, not text. You see the 'size' of each at a glance.

Destructive in the context of this thread implies death toll.

1. Black Death = 75–200 million
2. Spanish flu = 17–100 million
3. Plague of Justinian = 15–100 million
4. HIV/AIDS pandemic = 35 million+ (as of 2020)
5. Third plague pandemic = 12–15 million
6. Cocoliztli Epidemic of 1545–1548 = 5–15 million
7. Antonine Plague = 5–10 million
8. 1520 Mexico smallpox epidemic = 5–8 million
9. COVID-19 pandemic = 2.8 million+ (as of March 2021
10. 1918–1922 Russia typhus epidemic = 2–3 million

But I think any new viruses that can spread and mutate could potentially wipe out huge numbers and we have to take any new threat seriously. The world is much more connected in recent times. It could happen very quickly.

Imagine the numbers of the Black Death if it were to happen during today's population saturation and world-wide travel!

Population saturation and transportation world-wide has the potential to make any communicable disease a pandemic.

For just a peek of a graphic video on pandemics, Metal Ball Studios offer a short video (non-current data) of pandemic sizes.
Interesting little ditty.

Covid19 has an extremely low mortality rate,
for all the government and media hype.

Is anyone actually following the money,
to keep track of how bad the governments
are stickin' it to everyone?

Luke 12 56. Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

Luke 21 28. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
29. And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
30. When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.
31. So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

Luke 21) 25. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26. Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

its only the signs before the tribulation thats all
was warned about this 2000 years ago, mathew 24.
and it is going to get worser.

that is so easy to understand.

The most destructive things about the Covid-19 virus are the jobs that were killed, the businesses that were killed, the freedoms that are GUARANTEED by the constitution that were killed by politicians who took an OATH at the federal, state and local levels to DEFEND the constitution.

First, although we have a Corona virus thread I appreciate this thread for the 'big picture'. Yet, how did we all slip into this fatalist view of:

While we are typically alarmed by more modern diseases and viruses such as AIDS or influenza, many scary health epidemics have been known to resurface over time.

These illnesses that almost wiped out humans seem like something that could only happen in the distant past, but be warned: if we're not careful, future diseases could threaten to end humanity as we know it.

Quite right but during the height of Covid, our politicians imposed on us a fatalist view where death may be viewed as 'lively skeletal figures politely ushering us into the after life'.

Source 'Dance of Death - art mentioned in link below/

An alternate view, relevant to our times, is provided in Bruegel's painting - 1562

ART OF THE PLAGUE: The Triumph of Death by Peter Bruegel the Elder -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8lQwvCokUM

Don't want to turn this political but with all the 'stolen valor' by the Dems I would like to add: 'will not be surprised if an artist comes up with 'Triumph of Life' where Trump is presented as a knight leading the battle.

This man's energy and positive psychology..., overwhelming!

for all the government and media hype.

Don't quite understand this.
Nearly 3 million have died within a year - or since infections were first reported outside China.

With the new mutations, another million may go in 2021, specifically large numbers in Brazil and maybe in India where the second wave is peaking far beyond the first.

Do I have to agree with the Biblical view of 2000 years ago; my point being in India we have very similar fatalism from our ancient scriptures. (Hindus believe we have entered Kali Yuga - if you've the inclination Google please). And if we are to engage in this then I'll start a thread 'No room in heaven'

Or do we retain a scientific temperament. After all it was in your neighborhood, in 1751, a man flew a kite and tapped lightning. Likewise, we are advancing to a super scientific age, the vaccines prove it.

My point in all these is to highlight deliberate political misinformation to grab power.
