Sorry to break it to you, and I have no dog in this fight, but Trump will again be elected in 2020.
Why?
Because willy-nilly criticism of a sitting president for 4 years and one more during the run-up doesn't constitute a political platform or a viable plan to solve real issues.

criticism id not a political platform UNLESS it is criticism that is relevant or convincing. Why else do candidates try so hard to 'separate' themselves from people in their party who are not in public favor?

Why, in spite of avoiding a depression, did some people insist they didnt want 'another' Obama?

Criticism may not be the platform, but it can sure do ALOT of damage in a social media age to whatever 'platform' one may be trying to run on.

No. I dont think I would agree that criticism is gonna cause a re election of anyone. I am more leaning towards the possibility because of PAST TREND, criticism or not, of incumbents being re elected.

Boy, that Mueller's "No Collusion" conclusion has really jolted the entire Demonrats party, lol!

No impeachment folks, lol. And you can't kill him either. Already tried several times and couldn't even do that, lol.
Democrats' party is truly incompetent on all levels, haha!

just a correction. Mueller lead an investigation. Mueller has not stated 'no collusion' and his report has not been released. The proclamation of 'no collusion' was the brief summary of a handpicked yes man, Barr, who had written a four page memo on his displeasure with their BEING an investigation BEFORE he even reviewed the report.

Attorney General Barr has announced an investigation into Obama department of justice spying on the Trump campaign. This goes along with Senator Graham's planned investigation.

Getting some popcorn. Can hear crying from the "We hate Trump" crowd.

more from the Trump yes man. He chose a shadow very well.

And JUST like in 2016 when every leftist didn't give him a chance in hell, I think it'll be the same in 2020.
Personally I'd rather have Jesus in the White House but I understand we still have a little ways to go laugh

Something from the progressives favorite paper regarding the border problem. Give a big "thank you" to Congress for their inability to do anything constructive!!

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/analysis-the-border-is-broken-and-theres-no-plan-to-fix-it/ar-BBVO8Xj?li=BBnbcA1

Thank you for the link to the commentary. It is an interesting opinion from a non mingle source. Still, just opinion and not much facts backing up. It does criticize Trump, so it is not just about 'congress' doing nothing 'constructive'.

But I personally still question how much of a 'problem' it was when Trump started drumming the drums of fear. It was FALLING off for decades. And despite the commentary stating in the first sentence that it has never been like this before, we have had plenty of years when the numbers were MUCH higher, and they fell off too. If there is a prolonged period of increasing numbers, THEN MAYBE we need more urgency on the matter. However, as is stated many times, there was prolonged DECREASING when Trump first started trying to push his 'build that wall' army and ring the bells of crisis.

I think the biggest change is not the numbers but who those numbers represent. In the past when we had high border apprehensions it was single men trying to get in to work. Much easier to deal with and simply deport them. We now have a significant number of women and children seeking asylum. This group requires a larger amount of services and a more difficult path to deport. They have much more protection under our laws than a single man illegally crossing the border. It is not going to get better unless their home countries make major changes or we significantly change our immigration laws.

U.S. charges WikiLeaks' Assange with hacking conspiracy with Manning

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors announced charges on Thursday against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, accusing him of conspiring with former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to gain access to a government computer as part of one of the largest compromises of classified information in U.S. history".

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-ecuador-assange-usa-conspiracy/us-charges-wikileaks-assange-with-hacking-conspiracy-with-manning-idUSKCN1RN1QA

"The indictment said that Assange in March 2010 engaged in a conspiracy to assist Manning in cracking a password stored on U.S. Department of Defense computers connected to the Secret Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNet), a U.S. government network used for classified documents and communications." I am curious to see what type of proof the government has of Assange's "assistance" in cracking that code. It seems to me that the whole case hinges on that. If the government can't show that Assange helped with the code-cracking then the only crime was Manning's leaking.

Conspiracy Without the Theory

"When swirling charges of rigged elections, witch hunts, and a coup plotted by the “deep state” are referred to as “conspiracy theory,” this is not just a misnomer but a misunderstanding, one with consequences. Conspiracy and theory have been decoupled; we face the distinctively malignant phenomenon of conspiracy without the theory. Like all conspiracism, it rests on the certainty that things are not as they seem, but conspiracy without the theory dispenses with the burden of explanation. We see no insistent demand for proof, no exhaustive amassing of evidence, no dots revealed to form a pattern, no close examination of the operators plotting in the shadows. Instead, we get innuendo: Some government agency “has an agenda.” Or it takes the form I’m just asking questions. Or, most often, conspiracy without the theory is bare assertion, “rigged!”—a one-word exclamation evokes fantastic schemes and the awesome capacity to mobilize three million illegal voters to support Hillary Clinton for president".

Media savvy: Some Americans believe the dumbest things. How not to be one of them.

"As the never-ending election season moves from “midterm” to “presidential” mode, Americans are deluged by news alerts on their screens, and by breaking-news tweets, emails and sensational claims on cable broadcasts. By this time next week, the public will have seen at least some of the special counsel’s report, which began with the undisputed fact that Russian agents spread disinformation on social media to influence the 2016 election. Abetted by a president whose idea of a credible source for information is something “many people are saying,” an untold number of Americans nod in agreement when Alex Jones proclaims the massacre of schoolchildren in Newtown, Conn., a hoax — the fakest of so-called fake news, which he now concedes was a product of his own “psychosis".

What's behind Warren's plan to break up Facebook, Amazon and Google

"Internet behemoths Amazon, Google and Facebook have become frighteningly dominant, their growth uncontrolled, their practices too often secretive and dodgy. Between swallowing competitors, expanding far beyond their original missions and spying on consumers, these super-platforms are growing too complicated for the government to fully understand and effectively regulate — or so it appears".

InfoWars' Alex Jones says he had a "form of psychosis" when spreading Sandy Hook conspiracies

"InfoWars host Alex Jones, who is being sued by several parents of Sandy Hook victims, said in a deposition released Friday that he now believes the massacre was not a hoax. After Assange arrest, Trump says WikiLeaks is 'not my thing.' It was his thing in 2016.

"President Trump, who repeatedly touted WikiLeaks on the campaign trail in 2016, on Thursday denied knowing anything about the whistleblower website or its founder, Julian Assange, who was arrested in London earlier in the day.

“I know nothing about Wikileaks. It’s not my thing,” Trump told reporters inside the Oval Office when asked if he still loves WikiLeaks".

Why Is Trump Suddenly Playing Dumb About WikiLeaks?

"WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was arrested Thursday morning on a single charge of conspiring to hack a government computer. The charge was filed last year by the Department of Justice and stems from his involvement in a 2010 scheme to help Chelsea Manning break a password to a Department of Defense computer. Assange’s lawyer called the arrest “an unprecedented effort by the United States seeking to extradite a foreign journalist to face criminal charges for publishing truthful information".

scary that people don't see how they make them self look and sound, or how extreme their leaps of extreme bias become. I will stand by my opinion that with Trump, it is part the natural con man in him and part his aging senility. With other civilians though, I just don't see how their brain gets to that point.

A couple of years ago, Trump is reported to have said, "I Love Wikileaks!" but yesterday he claimed he had never heard of Wikileaks. Is it wise for Americans to have as POTUS a man with such a poor memory?

It will be interested to see what Trump will do with Assange. After all, he provided a great deal of the information that helped Trump to get where he is. But Assange embarrased the Americans with his revelations, as any journalist would do. So will Trump welcome him and thank him for his help? Or punish him for revealing those military secrets?

Watch this space!

Going beyond Barr, Trump claims 'illegal spying' on campaign

"WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump seemed gratified Thursday that his attorney general has endorsed a key talking point of the president's supporters: that there was spying on Trump's 2016 campaign. But Trump went a step beyond Attorney General William Barr, accusing the government of committing an illegal, unprecedented act".

"The Senate’s top Democrat says Attorney General Robert Barr has “destroyed the scintilla of credibility he had left” with his testimony before Congress this week.

Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York made the remark to reporters a day after Barr told a Senate committee that he believes “spying” occurred on Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign".

SOMEONE must stop these people pouring into our country. They are like any other group of people. Some are good and honest, while others are vicious and truly outlaws. If we need a military coup here in the United States, then I feel that is the best way now to take over command and close the border. It is unfortunate when good people must suffer due to the bad...but I do not see any Dems offering to fence off a huge portion of their property, install water, bathrooms, and homes for these people. The general population can no longer tolerate most of our tax money going for supplying illegals with necessities when we have CITIZENS in need. Its time for someone to do something drastic.

does MOST of the taxpayer money go to illegals?

Is this not like making a statement that most imprisoned haven really committed crimes so shut the jails down?

Where are the numbers to justify such claims or solutions?

We already have a border, and it has been DECREASING illegal crossings ALREADY, why suddenly is it not enough?

does MOST of the taxpayer money go to illegals?

Answers.

Trump says undocumented immigrants are an economic burden. They pay billions in taxes.

"Unauthorized immigrants paid more than $20 billion in income taxes in 2015. They also fund Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security".

"One of the biggest misconceptions about undocumented immigrants is that they don’t pay any taxes. In his first address to Congress in 2017, President Donald Trump set the tone for his immigration agenda when he said immigration costs US taxpayers “billions of dollars a year". Two years later, he is still repeating that lie. In his State of the Union speech on Tuesday, he once again suggested that unauthorized immigrants are a burden to US taxpayers.

http://www.vox.com/2018/4/13/17229018/undocumented-immigrants-pay-taxes

Fact check: How much does illegal immigration cost America? Not nearly as much as Trump claims.

"As President Donald Trump continued his weeks-long push for Congress to give him the funds he demanded for his border wall, he stressed a false claim about how much illegal immigration costs the country".

http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/fact-check-how-much-does-illegal-immigration-cost-america-not-n950981

How do Undocumented Immigrants Pay Federal Taxes? An Explainer

"As Tax Day 2018 approaches, it is worth exploring a pressing question that is widely misunderstood: do undocumented immigrants pay federal taxes?

The short answer is yes. Many undocumented immigrants find ways to legally pay both federal income and payroll taxes even if they don’t have a Social Security number (which is normally required) and even if their income was earned by working illegally".

http://bipartisanpolicy.org/blog/how-do-undocumented-immigrants-pay-federal-taxes-an-explainer/

Undocumented immigrants quietly pay billions into Social Security and receive no benefits

"If all undocumented immigrants were deported today, next year’s Social Security trust funds would have approximately $13 billion less for benefit payouts. It’s a considerable loss of dollars, especially when it’s projected that the Social Security funds will be depleted by 2034".

http://www.marketplace.org/2019/01/28/economy/undocumented-immigrants-quietly-pay-billions-social-security-and-receive-no

Trump tells his big whopper lies. And some people believe it. While others post wild conspiracy theories that only a child should believe. But grown people in the internet age would rather remain ignorant and in the dark. Trying to find their way through a dark rabbit hole. When the truth is right in front of them in plain sight. If you follow the money, whether it be Democrat or Republican, you will find the truth.

The truth I think is part of the reason that Democrats fight for immigrants, Money. Billions paid into the system by immigrants. Just think what would happen if we lost all that money? And that's the truth of it. Trump want's you to believe his lies. He wants to build a wall that we don't need so when he goes out in 2020 he will have his great wall monument to himself.

Pelosi rebukes Trump on immigrants seeking asylum: 'Of course there's room'

"House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rebuked Donald Trump Thursday for telling immigrants seeking political asylum in the United States that “our country is full.”
