And then inside that culture is many smaller cultures. Ranging from religious cultures, to atheist cultures.

You are correct, USA has freedom of religion. So how is it that it has freedom of religion but is biased to other religions? What other religions? USA has no direct religion of itself. EVEN IF most of the people of the USA is a Christian or not, the USA in itself has no direct connection to religion.



They may ask you to, but you do not have to. You can just say you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth. You do not specifically HAVE to sware on the bible. Thus it is not a law to do so, thus it is not of the USA in itself, as a whole.
