Surprise sex to me would be like sex that you didn't know that you were going to get if you look at it as a present from someone else. But then if you didn't ask for the present then it would seem like rape to me. So then I really don't see any difference in surprise sex and rape.

If something is wrong, it's wrong regardless of what the law says. Laws are not made to determine morals and ethics, they are there to maintain order and control. If you're looking to the law for morals and ethics, you will have none.

Because not everyone on here has English as a first language and more importantly are entitled to their opinion however misplaced.

Thanks. English is my first language but I work with a lot of people that don't have English as a first language. I also know how difficult it is to learn another language...I was told to watch local television as a way of helping me learn.
