NoGames,

Obama wants to help the middle class.

You can not help anybody, by robbing somebody else.
If helping some class involves robbing other class, I don't want to touch that with a nine foot pole.

I am not a thief.

Hogwash.

Taxes arent theft. If they are then the middle class has been robbed from for far too long.

Robbing other classes... Hyperbole.

Yes, the middle class has been robbed for far too long. And YES taxes are theft sanctioned by "law" ESPECIALLY Income tax. Rob from the middle/uppermiddle class to "take care of" the lower class. Our forfathers knew this.

"I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them."

These men are smarter than anyone in the Obama administration. They outlined a perfect system. Unfortunately the minute we decided to override this system we brought means to the end of our country. Plain and simple.

Well, we have to make the best of the administration that we have now. I believe, with all of my heart, that it's better then the previous administration.

i really wish i could say the same winx. it would be refreshing, but the numbers aren't adding up on this administration.

Oh the numbers are adding up alright. One trillion, two trillion, three trillion.....

Are you ready and willing to follow him into Socialism?

We already have a type of Socialistic system. It was that way before I was born.

I don't know about that. Haven't seen any strong evidence of this.

I do see an administration, however, more concerned with winning popularity than they are about monetary theory, economics, and foreign policy.

He wants to start more social programs during a depression. This is the most retarded thing you can do as you hurt the middle class more with every program started. He wants to increase our budget on foreign policy. Also, another foolish move.

You might be right. If people like you started pushing him to do the right thing i believe he would. So far the only people pushing him to do anything are the corrupt memebers of washington.

I am able to email his people and have.

Good show.flowerforyou

because the direction he is taking us in, is the same that has cause many nations to collapse.

Just encourage strict adherence to the constitution, and you really can't go wrong.

That means he needs to change his ways. Throw out the patriot act and any attempt at censorship of the media. That means he should change our foreign policy to one of nonintervention, and we should work to gain a stable (PERMANENT) monetary system.

I would love to see his followers encourage this...

I told his people to cut some pork off the stimulus package and listen to our Senator that is his friend and was saying the same thing. They emailed back.

That's a definite start. But the problem isn't with the pork. It's with the whole system. The stimulus shouldn't even exist. Instead spending cuts in government should be made. And tax cuts need to be negociated for corporations as incentive to come back, or stay. Taxes should be added to those corporations that outsource. Etc.

As much as i hate pork, the way our system works under what is called a Fractional Reserve System, it really doesn't matter where or how the money is spent, as long as the big loan is made, (the entire stimulus is printed and loaned). and the money is spent and deposited in banks, where it can be spent again.

That, right there, where we get the money, is the problem. No economist or advisor, or anyone educated by that matter, will ever say it's a good idea to take out a loan to pay another off. Bad juju. This is because someday, the loans won't be able to keep up with the interest we have to pay back. Get where the problem is?

This is why it's hazardous, this is why we are not longer on the gold standard and why it's foolish to use the dollar to base the value of certain items.

For instance, you could hold in one hand, enough gold coins to purchas a small house back in 1900. The same is true today. Nifty huh? But when you look at gold in terms of dollars, the value seems to rise and fall (mostly rise). This throws off everyone's perspective of value.

ANyways, what we should be doing is petitioning the administration to exercise executive order 11110, which was initiated by JFK. We can keep the federal reserve notes (the fiat dollars we use), but also circulate this silver backed dollar. AND by bypassing the federal reserve you will take at least 2% interest off loans at your local bank, and the money injected into our system would be DEBT FREE. This would help.

Another thing that would be smart is to stop focusing on giving everyone jobs. That is the responsibility of business, not the government.

For instance;

Lets say you want to build a bridge. Normally, you would try to build it, as cost efficient as possible. When the government focuses on giving people jobs, what happens is a bridge gets built, and it leads no where, or the bridge isn't needed. On top of that the government will use as many employees as possible which will be very costly, while usually buying parts from other countries or businesses that outsource. This is no different than welfare. Welfare hurts the middle class (actually all the classes).

We as if you cut backon government spending, and give tax cuts to businesses, you are encouraging growth of industries such as the ones that make materials for the bridge. Nifty huh?
