Topic: I Have To, Why Shouldn't They?

On my end, I have been and seen too much for many. If I am to spend any time reflecting on it, it is spent on forgiveness and understanding in a rational manner. I already know some have issues with this, some don't. I cannot change that, that is on the shoulders of another at this point.
I tend to be looked down upon by many until they get to know me better and for whom I really am. You can dispose of me as an old toy or whatever. Should that be the case, are you in such a position to pass judgment onto others? You don't know my personality, my strengths, my flaws, etc. I can guarantee you, I am no toy!
Such as with every individual on this planet, there are more angles than just two. It hurts to hear of people only considering their own.
Ahh how it goes so much deeper but I don't know if anyone is ever listening at this point. The core of my point has yet to be made as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soon we may all realize how someone can need help and it be by none of their doing.
If you think you are immune to falling on hard luck then you are either spoiled or crazy!

"One cannot gauge a countries wealth by it's rich, it is gauged by the treatment of it's elderly, disabled and poor."

Who's stupid quote is that? What is it to me that someone judges me as not wealthy? Do we want to appear wealthy? What are you, from a Newport Beach?

Many people end up having down times in their lives for legitimate reasons and it is a good thing for the government to help it's citizens in these times of need.

You keep stating the obvious, while nobody argues with your premise.

You are being challenged on why should it be obligatory.

That is why you should save, instead of learning to slip in someone else's pockets!

I'm crazy...and after teaching dance class...i smell spoiled.

I have alwaya been willing to lend a helping hand to someone in need. as for the scammers...karma

I volunteer at a homeless shelter and abuse shelter. Most of them would live to earn a living and support themselves

If you need help, those next to you will take care of you, as they know you as a good man.

I know. It sucks that 3 million people were laid off in the past year, and I have to see my taxes go in the form of unemployment benefits to those 3 million people. They should have saved.

These people, they were laid off, precisely because:

- They have chosen their employment niche poorly.
- Their services are not needed.

I am not sad at all, I am however up to the challenge of what I face daily. I face it everyday with a smile, not just for show, I am so happy with life I wouldn't expect you to understand. However I do my best when it comes down to proving myself, to do just such, not just for myself but in hopes of upsetting and rattling stereotypes and the related.

I enjoyed it. Thank you.

Now, I'd like to retire with some sweet red wine. Goodnight.

Funny you should think otherwise, I am quite a happy guy. I am just not a socialist, and I can argue my points well.

But, yeah, I agree, life is good.

Wow... talk about a blanket statement. Yeah it's the bank employees fault that the CEO thought it was a good idea to keep filling his pockets with the money from loans that he knew would never be able to be paid back... makes sense.

Socialism came out of the Lyndon B Johnson era after the great depression. At that time due to no fault of the citizens of the US and WW2, Welfare and Social Security came into law. The women worked the jobs in the US, while the men went off to war. Women and children were starving, due to no fault of there own. It was a simpler time then w/o the misuse of the system. Since then, it has had to be restructured because of abuse of the system we had in place and societal changes.
I am not a socialist either, but I will tell you this, most of the people on welfare do work their asses off.
