But I wasn't winx! Go back and read. Back to the point where I was called an anti-Semite. I defended myself with an explanation. You jumped into the fray with all syllables firing! I never said anyone was going to hell. That was the pagan talking! I never said that you said anybody was going to hell, Fanta. All syllables firing? I didn't see that. |

I didnt bring religion into this. The Jews did.
Its about right and wrong to me. |
Its about factual history and mythical propaganda!
Its about terrorist calling others terrorists!
In that case Winx, you are bound for hell because Fanta thinks there are only two true paths and that would be Catholicism and Judaism. Do Pagans believe in Hell? No they dont, nor a devil. Look, you brought this up with your ridiculous statement that there are only "two true paths". Did you actually think you could say something like that and not be called on it? |

Fanta said:
That was Krimsa the pagan talking!
And how do you presume to know I am Pagan? Thats quite an assumption on your part isnt it? |
Do you really consider Pagan spirituality a religion? Eh, I guess I should have said Christian religion! Cool! So what do Pagans think about the situation with Israel and Palestine? I dont speak for all Pagans. You would need to ask each individual on that. I feel a degree of sympathy for the Palestinians however and living under this occupation. Its got to stop. Your admission???? Go figure........ It is irrelevant to me.. I was just pointing out your contradictions. Since you felt the need to put words in my mouth! |
Now back to the State of Israel!
Modern day Israel is an illegal terrorist state,. Formed through the use of terrorism and led by terrorists! |
What contradiction did I make?

I've said it on many occasions and I'll say it again. Israel could not exist without a new war, a new enemy or, in a pinch like today, an old enemy. The invasion and mass murder of the helpless residents of the Gaza ghetto will guarantee a whole new crop of "terrorists" for future wars. It's not about getting them to stop (and they could with sincere peace talks). It's about getting them to keep firing those same ineffective rockets! Remember Israel started this round. Before a single bottle rocket flew, they sealed the border and cut off all normal supplies, both of which are war crimes. Do Jews call the fighters inside the Warsaw ghetto terrorists for resisting the Germans? They do not. Funny thing that, eh? Since before it's founding in 1948 Israel has been stealing everything in sight and murdering innocent men, women and children by the tens of thousands in a war that has continued to this day. Without this constant siege mentality Israel would soon crumble to dust with most Israelis moving elsewhere. Their whole economy is based on a constant state of war. Their armaments industry dwarfs all other Israeli businesses combined! It's a self-perpetuating machine, just like the one Ike warned us about! I wonder if we taught them or they taught us? America, too, is in an endless war and the armament industry is our largest employer. Which came first folks, the chicken or the egg? Of course, as nations, we did. Lincoln warned us in 1864... "I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. Corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed."

There already was a ceasefire for a period of time and it was broken over and over again. What good would a new one do? NOTHING. Egypt borders Gaza, if Israel's blockade was wrong, they could have provided the supplies. Do you hold Egypt responsible for their support of Israel's blockade, or is Israel the only bad guy? |

those ceasefires work well with vietnam didn't they; the north sure liked them, let them regroup. if they would quit poking them with a stick maybe they would not be getting hit with a boulder. Besides the USA is there any other country with the ability and willingness to provide such UN peace keeping troops? |

Besides the USA is there any other country with the ability and willingness to provide such UN peace keeping troops? US PERSONNEL CONTRIBUTIONS TO UN PEACEKEEPING OPERATIONS AS OF 31 JULY 2005 While the United States participates in peace operations worldwide, it provides few troops to the 16 current United Nations (UN) peacekeeping operations. US personnel serve primarily as civilian police and military observers in six UN peacekeeping operations, with almost 80 percent of them posted in Kosovo. At the end of July, 106 nations were contributing 67,392 personnel to these UN operations; half of one percent was US personnel. This chart highlights US contributions and captures the number of personnel volunteered by UN member states to serve as troops, civilian police and military observers in UN operations. Employees of the United Nations are not included in these figures http://74.125.45.132/search?q=cache:6hWuLirsrQQJ:www.stimson.org/fopo/pdf/july05uscontribunpko.pdf+current+UN+peacekeeping+contributors&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=6 That was 2005 and things really haven't changed much. The U.S. may not provide as many troops but we give an enormous amount of money to them
The United States is a generous supporter of key UN programs, funding: 51.4% of the World Food Program budget to help feed 72 million people in 82 countries.* 17.1% of the United Nations Children’s Fund budget to feed, vaccinate, educate and protect children in 162 countries.* 14.1% of the United Nations Development Program core budget to eradicate poverty and encourage democratic governance.* 25.8% of the International Atomic Energy Agency budget to ensure safe and peaceful application of nuclear energy and prevent the illicit use of nuclear material for weapons.** 22% of the World Health Organization core budget as well as significant voluntary resources, helping to prevent and control epidemics and to improve standards of health.** 25% of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees budget to help protect refugees and facilitate their return home or re-settlement in another country.* 25% of the International Civil Aviation Organization budget to ensure safe, efficient and economical air travel.** * These programs operate strictly on voluntary contributions. ** These programs operate on a combination of assessed and voluntary contributions. |
