David Horowitz is irrelevant. It is an ad hominem attack.
The point is a history lesson and an interesting one at that.

"Ad hominem argument is most commonly used to refer specifically to the ad hominem as abusive, sexist, racist, or argumentum ad personam, which consists of criticizing or attacking the person who proposed the argument (personal attack) in an attempt to discredit the argument. It is also used when an opponent is unable to find fault with an argument, yet for various reasons, the opponent disagrees with it."

David Horowitz reputation and bias concerning the financing of and existence of terrorismawareness.org is relevant. It is solely his site, and its motivations concerning hate/fear mongering are his!
I suggest you read more about him and his reputation for bias extreme views!

GAZA (Reuters) – Hundreds of embattled Palestinians ventured outside to shop for food on Wednesday during a three-hour Gaza truce, a first step toward an Egyptian-proposed ceasefire under discussion by Israel and Hamas.

Israel said it would cease attacks in the Gaza Strip during the hours of 1 p.m.-4 p.m. every day to ease the flow of aid to the Hamas-run territory's 1.5 million residents.

Israel said it viewed "positively" talks with Cairo over a wider ceasefire plan promoted by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and French leader Nicolas Sarkozy.

Israel wants a ceasefire deal to include a specialized international force to search out and destroy tunnels along the border between Gaza and Egypt to prevent Hamas from rearming and firing more rockets at Israeli towns.

Sounds good if you throw in giving up the land its taken and occupied since at least 1967!

What good is it when Israel says, we will stop killing you if you agree to accepting the two small parcels we've cornered you into, and quit fighting back!

The US needs to make demands of Israel, and back them up with force if necessary!
Start taking out their Artillery Positions one by one, That will send a proper convincing message!
Tomahawk!

Israel would wipe out American Air Forces in a heartbeat.

Or are you forgetting the 6-day war?

Israel fought against Egypt, Jordan, and Syria. The nations of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria also contributed.

And Israel won. In 132 hours and 30 minutes.

In fact, America has sent our planes to ISRAEL for upgrades.

Says something.

The US spends approx $500 billion a year on defense.
Israel approx $9.5 billion a year.

Technologically the advantage goes to the U.S
Even though most Israeli military equipment is American in manufacture, the US still possesses technology the Israeli's don't.

The idea that an Israeli fighter jet could get close to, say the Fifth Fleet is ludicrous. The idea that they would resist if we said stop or we will begin taking out Artillery Units is plausible. Untill the first one. After that they would gladly back off! If not?
Take out another, and another, and another. It wouldnt take long!

Would I do it?

In a heartbeat!
If we want peace, I mean really want peace, we must quit supporting Israeli aggression and create an equal Palestinian State!

Which the Israelis have tried to do since the 1990's. Which the Palestinians rejected in 1947 and continue to reject to this day. You are so ill informed on this subject that it's scary that you think you can even form an opinion.

The two state solution has always been on the table, it is the Palestinians who have rejected it every step of the way. They want Israel destroyed. So you either have to side with the Israelis or call for their destruction, there is no other side to the debate.

America sends their planes to Israel for system upgrades. The minute America attacks Israel, they just click a button and shut the planes down.

Also consider this, if America attacks their ally, Israel, imagine how quickly a world war will break out as all of Americas allies will then start to think, "Well, f*ck, America just back-stabbed Israel, we're next!"

America is wise to just leave it alone and not get their hands dirty.

But I am glad anti-Semites are alive and well and being lead by you!

The term "anti-Semite" is a trap, it shouldn't be used. You should say "Jew Hater" instead. The reason is this: Arabs are Semites. So they can respond to being called an "anti-Semite" by saying "I'm a Semite! How can I get an anti-Semite."

Thus there is a difference between an anti-Semite (someone who hates all Semitic peoples) and a Jew hater (someone who hates Jews).
