I know many people are very skeptical about witchcraft because of the limit of education it provides for one in their everyday lives

That's simply not the case. In fact Witchcraft and most all Pagan spirituality is Earth based and it is very often centered on reality and the very foundation of these traditions revolves around what you walk on, the Earth. It is in direct contrast with Christianity where the real reward is death and leaving the earth.

Good afternoon:smile:

I'm actually on GMT UK time.

I'm getting up when everyone else seems to get into their beds.
Usually I peep in here and have a look whether I missed something.

And I'm back from my course around now, sometimes a little sooner, sometimes a little later.

Always missing out on the good stuff, and having a lot of reading to dogrumble

Now to my question: What witchcraft emphasizes in such supernatural powers to bring forth of well being, peace, serenity, to others? Or do they all do this at a certain extent?

Witchcraft, the practice of the Craft, does not bring peace or take it away. It's a tool. How a witch uses that tool....to help or to hurt....is up to the individual witch and his/her personal belief system.

It is through spirituality that I work to bring peace and serenity to others. Now, because that is a desire of mine, I can use the tool of witchcraft to do that. I can help people with the knowledge I have of magick, herbs, crystals and tarot. If I wanted to hurt I could use the same tool to do that.

Hi Everyone... I received this link, it's for my cousin's baby who's still in the hospital. If anyone has a chance maybe take a look and sign the guest book. He could really use some positive thoughts and maybe light a candle for him. Thank you flowerforyou His name is Caden Thrasher.

What I am trying to say is that most people are not informed with witchcraft and go with what bigger organizations say.

Oh I see now. Very interesting. Now I understand what you meant by craft. It is a tool one can use if one studies how to use the tools to make such events happen.

Yes, that's why you have the terms "black magick" and "white magick". There really is no such thing. It's like saying you have a "good gun" or a "bad gun". The gun is just a gun. It's the person pulling the trigger who makes it good or bad.

Yes I have actually heard of those terms you mention. Here in Miami we have voodoo practices from Haitians. They have white or black magic and they actually dress in white or black clothes depending on what they practice. Most are in white clothing thoughlaugh

Primarily mediterrenean mythologies as of those who just go with the flow and don't care. It is too bad that many just believe without doing a little research on there own.

I would like to, but since we have no postal code and no zip code I'm not allowed to sign in, it won't let me.
