No matter what the loonies say to justify their lunacy...HISTORY WILL BE KIND to GW Bush.

When it all hits the fan we will know who the real heros are...won't we?

With the DEMS in power dont'cha just love the way they sidestep any real solutions by blaming BUSH & the REPS. Ok...so now what DEMS? Bring on the solutions instead of playing the blame game. Come on... what do you propose?
How can history be kind to Bush? How can our childrens children ever forgive us for what we allowed the maniac bush to do to americas good name? They will verry likely be victims of a terrorist attack for the crimes we committed in Iraq. I do not think our futer generations will forgive us. They will ask themselves how can a president get impeached for a blow job and not get impeached for the ongoing criminal war in Iraq? executed in our name with our tax dollars? History will be unkind to him and to us for being to lazy to act like americans and demand it end.

i jus read most of this thread an people will never agree on war. But america did wat had to b done. The 9/11 attack was just the beginning. Would you rather fight a war here than there. And the reason we attacked iraq was because of "weapons of mass distruction" an u say they found none. correct but if the media hadnt told the whole world a month before we did it they wouldnt have had time to get rid of them

They will find out real soon how wrong they were. Don't ever expect an apology either...they will never admit what a bunch of screw ups they really are.

r u talking about the media of the busch admin.?

Well I mean even the public... some here want to put the blame on BUSH alone for any errors but he didn't do it alone. All these people who say we shouldn't have gone into IRAQ & where are the WMD's...they will find out when the libs VIETNAMIZE the war on terror. Terrorists are already on the attack. We will feel it here too. It only emboldens the enemy to have cowards running things.

What I am saying is LIBS better not drop the ball with their loonie leanings. Too much is at stake.

whats at stake?

Nothing.

I'm so tierd of watching the right dance on the graves of dead americans.

And the war on terror is not real, and the dumb ass public just swallow it every time they shovel it down their throats.
It's just like the war on drugs, yeah that worked.
Or reagans war on poverty, another bull**** war.
I can't believe people still swing on GW's balls.
He's a coward and a crimial, and needs to be brought up on crimes against humanity.

You are so right.....just like the timeline the democrats insisted on.....just shout out loud to the terrorists when we are leaving Iraq so they know when to strike again. I wonder if people even THINK about consequences of things such as that?

Religous conservatives, die hard republicans and anybody suffering from dementia will continue to place bush and his republican croonies up on a pedastal. Kinda reminds me of the story of the golden calf from the bible and how God punished them to wander forty years in the desert.
I am a independent and i am more than willing to inform you religious conservatives that you are commiting political idolatry. You golden calf (the republican party) is smashed! Will you stand before the masses, people of faith and God himself and still stand with the currupt, immoral, deceitful and unjust. No the people will cast you out as they cast out the republicans. May you all come to your senses lest you continue to wallow with the pigs like the prodigal son.frustrated

In case you all missed it.

George Bush said in an exit interview on NBC today that there were not weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. He skated out saying that the intelligence was wrong.

Truer words were never spoken.

The only question is who's intelligence he is referring to.

The reason we went into Iraq was for Hussein's multiple violations of treaties in the UN. He had already been pointed out as a genocidal tyrant, and was under obligation to do away with the already documented weapons he had and report back to the UN or face being taken out of control.

The presence of the weapons wasn't in question, although it would have been nice to have found them instead of them being shipped out into other countries before we got in there.

The fact is that Hussein did not account for the destruction of the weapons that he himself admitted to having in the early 90s, and being in violation of the UN treaty, was to be forced out of power.

I said all that just to clarify why you may have thought him to be misleading. What he said was actually true at the time, but that wasn't the reason Sadam needed to go.

Now, should we have gone? I got the same information (a little less actually) as Congress, and they could have stopped it, too.

My personal viewpoint (you don't have to share it):

I think we did the right thing. We ensure our own freedoms every day and have so much that other countries don't have. Those people were suffering and throughout that region, Israel especially, there was the threat that a mini-Hitler could have come out and continued his campaign to kill all non-Muslims.

We waited a little too long on Hitler, and part of the cost for that decision was an army capable of killing 400,000 Americans or 50 million people in total.

Saddam was only up to 100,000 Kurdish people along with 150 sympathizers. Women couldn't go to school, and no one could go to a school that didn't teach Muslim extremism. And no war like this in history has ever had a death toll so low.. instead of 400,000, we've lost 4200.

And here we sit, educated and with all the benefits of a free society, unwilling to come to the aid of other people. We give government hand-outs to people who complain about a bad back and tell them they don't have to work, but we'll sit and watch men and women be put into prisons because they refuse to follow a mass murderer.

We've got a disease in America. It teaches us to look out for #1, us and us alone. It teaches complacency and laziness, and if we don't change, we're destined to become more and more like eastern european countries where people start fires in the streets because they are "dissatisfied" in the big government god they've created.

Colin Powell spoke to the UN telling them he had intelligence from 2 Iraqi Chemical Engineers that Sadam had a mobil chemical lab.

Just last year those 2 informants came out of hiding for fear for thier families after Mr Powell said those things.

They said yes they were Engineers with Chemical degrees and 1 was the 2nd in charge of any type of chemical usage in the Iraqi Army.

In the interview he said he Told Colin Powell. He knew of NO PROGRAMS being done or sought for on the chemical front.

He said that was an out right lie the United States told the United Nation and because of it he has the other has had thier families in hiding and still are. Because people in Iraq believe they lied for money and caused thier own people to suffer from it.

Who is the WAR CRIMINAL?

France if you remember we made a big deal about and the News and everyone came out with French Fries jokes. Then making them look like cowards because they would not help or go along with this war.

Ever here of Bait and Switch?

Thats what was going on.

Europe was seeing a Documentary on the Pentegon the French Govt. had made after a few engineers had seen some things that did not add up.

We to this day have not answered them or US about what happened thier or flight 93.

This whole ordeal was to keep our minds away from this Documentary being sought over here.

Make fun of someone if you are afraid they have something on you. take the 1st punch.

You can go on believing all you want about the Liberals. They may not have at least seem to have your moral values you talk about.

Like Abortion. The Moral majority got Bush elected because he Said OH BOY I am going to overturn Roe vs Wade.

Can anyone tell me what Pres. Bush accomplished in the Moral majorities This is what's Rightous Attitude?

We can lie and send our young men off to die and refuse to testify refuse Federal Judges orders.

Make a Law that does not protect us but they sure have people thinking it does.

It is against us. Just look at the power your city councils had in the 90's and what they have now?

Then tell me we are not close to at least a socialist state.

Bill Clinton made some mistakes.

He should of told congress and Federal Judges to KMA and oh my what would the Moral Majority of did then.

lets impeach or try a guy who has the economy in the best shape it has been in in 50 years probally longer.

It is amazing to me how the TUBE or should we say your looking glass has put a spell on you to where you are falling off a cliff and LOVING it.

It is a shame anyone would take up for these MURDERERS we have in Washington.

No wonder the world calls us selfish.

American poverty is self-inflicted by lazy, slothful people who want a hand-out. As a single mother of three children, deceased ex-husband who left no life insurance, who has from time to time gone jobless...one of the poorest factions in America...I am testimony to the fact that not making it in America means you're not trying at all. Pretty soon we'll have fires in the streets like in France.

The people in other countries, especially Africa and the Middle East, have it sooo much worse than we do, but all we know how to do is complain about how we don't get enough hand-delivered to our doorstep... Makes me sick to my stomach to think about it.

This guy was trying to say something nice that was happening because of Bush and you guys are so warped in the head and biased that you have to attack even something good. At least Republicans did see some good in Clinton, like welfare reform. At least they want Obama to succeed.

(That's not directed at Templt, or any of the last pages' post. I just didn't want to call anyone out and quote them. They know who they are.)

welcome aboard my fellow Conservative... ...***warning***...you are about to enter the "Liberal Zone"...where " our "...thoughts and Ideas...are impugned...laughed at...and...made fun of...just laugh it off...as I do... ...good luck...gulp !!
Dont scare her away and anyways I think Im more conserative than liberal:smile:

I think you may be too... ...I hope I didn't scare her away...my fellow Conservative teammates have dwindled to a chosen few...gulp !!...grumble

Uh no... the numbers dwindled because people got tired of their comments being brushed aside by the mods as hate speech.

That seems to be the lib mantra for anything they don't like to hear. It's all hate speech that doesn't agree with them.

I suppose with OBAMA as prez that's what we will be hearing ad nausium for the next four years...anything but solutions to the pressing problems.

ITMT, notice how the jobs are flying out the door? So much for DEMS doing anything for the "average joe", Right?

Stay tuned...this will be fun. laugh

One sunny day in January, 2009 an old man approached the White House from Across Pennsylvania Avenue , where he'd been sitting on a park bench.

He spoke to the U.S. Marine standing guard and said, 'I would like to go in and meet with President Bush...'

The Marine looked at the man and said, 'Sir, Mr. Bush is no longer president and no longer resides here.'

The old man said, 'Okay', and walked away.

The following day, the same man approached the White House and said to the same Marine, 'I would like to go in and meet with President Bush.'

The Marine again told the man, 'Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Bush is no longer president and no longer resides
here.'

The man thanked him and, again, just walked away.

The third day, the same man approached the White House and spoke to the very same U.S. Marine, saying 'I would like to go in and meet with President Bush.'

The Marine, understandably agitated at this point, looked at the man and said, 'Sir, this is the third day in a row
you have been here asking to speak to Mr. Bush. I've told you already that Mr. Bush is no longer the president and no longer resides here. Don't you understand?'

The old man looked at the Marine and said, 'Oh, I understand. I just love hearing it.'

The Marine snapped to attention, saluted, and said, 'See you tomorrow, Sir.'
