Topic: What is the "mark of the beast"? | |
---|---|
"Unfortunatly, the muslim extemist group that is responsible for many terrorist attacks have decided to only pick at the surface about what the beast is! They honestly believe in there hearts that the U.S. of America is the beast that rose up out of the sea. It is not there fault they believe this, someone afflicted with a vengful heart taught them that. It is there fault that they choose to bring harm to other human beings. But I'm not there judge,God is! Pray for peace,,,please!" --Arkdanimal This was your origional quote. Feel free to explain how it might have been misinterpreted. So ANY fundamentalist group is potentially dangerous correct? Not merely the Muslims. The Christians have been every bit as caustic over the centuries if not more so. And of course the US foreign policy in the Middle East had nothing to do with instigating these attacks correct? Hmmm. |

There would be no reason for you to be angry with me. I have done nothing to you accept pointed out the absurdity of some of your claims. I or anyone else on forum has that capability. |

Still love ya, no matter what you say or do, I will still love ya! This is your comment that I was responding to. I was pointing out that anyone on forum would have the capability to demonstrate your lack of ability to substantiate your claims utilizing logic. So, no reason for you to become angered. |

Well I pointed out tolerance as being one potential way to alleviate some of these tensions between peoples and nations. And singling out Muslims as being the root of all evil is not exactly what I would refer to as espousing the doctrine of tolerance. I guess thats just me though. Peace. |

Well it sounds to me like you are still referring to Muslims. In which case I would need to disagree with you and here is why. Christians and Catholics have been every bit as caustic and destructive over the centuries as Muslims. I dont see why you feel Muslims are "misinformed" in some respect. They know what Christianity is all about and they do not choose to adhere to this faith. I dont blame them. They will not "stand in judgment" by your interpretation of a "godhead" in heaven because they do not accept the validity of that belief system. Im not really sure what you meant to say but I can only respond to what you type. I cant get inside of your head and discern your intended meaning. |

Four pages and I have yet to see you try and show what is the mark of the Beast or understanding of 666. I put out a subject of 666 and you just blow it off as if i do not know what the scriptures say, Do you really want to challenge me to my knowledge? Show us the path to 666.. Miles

I put out a subject of 666 and you just blow it off as if i do not know what the scriptures say, Do you really want to challenge me to my knowledge? Show us the path to 666.. Miles Miles he said this in the opening post: ""I studied this subject for four years. The way I did my study was much like an investigator would solve a crime. I started at the end of the book of Revelation, and worked my way back to the Begining of Genisis. >>>My conclusion was that the "mark of the beast" is ""lying"" >>or<< any form of deceit!""<<< this is his conclusion - 666 "means" lieing or any form of deceit!! that is why i wrote what i did, but he was offended so i dropped out. shalom my friend. |

Yea he spoke so much on how many hours he had studied this subject thier would be some good reasoning of the scriptures. To me it look like his main thing was to try to empress us how knowledgeable he is and baffle us with BS.

sorry my friend - then you should have made it a little clearer for us - the "mark of the beast is: 6 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: {to receive: Gr. to give them}
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the >>>>>mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.<<<<<< - so if your talking about the "mark" being the lie. or the "beast" being the lie, you should have stated such - less confusing don't you think? Both me and miles took it to mean you saying - 666 - which of course is not true as to what your meaning - now i understand, i think, that you mean - the mark the beast gives to mankind correct? if not please explain succinctly what your reffering to? thnx |

Well in that case you are admitting that Muslim extremist factions are indeed the enemy in some respect. I am telling you that compared with Christian fundamentalists, they are no worse and that ANY fundamentalist lunatic fringe religious group or church or organization has the potential to become dangerous. Understand? |
