Happy start of a short week to everyone! Just thinking about September 11th coming up on Friday. Wondered if there are any here who lost their spouse on that day? I don't think I've seen any yet. Have a good week everyone!

Hi everybody! Hope your week is off to a good start. Mine has been soaked! It has rained here for DAYS and DAYS! I think I need to build an ark! What is everyone doing this autumn? Any thoughts/questions on anyone's mind?

Oh VERY nice MSF!!! I've only ever had one but boy was it relaxing. Okay, so anyone have anything to talk about? Dating issues, when to date, how to do it, fearful of it?? Figured since this was a dating site I'd bring up the issue. Hope you all have a great Saturday!

Hi. I put a ga-billion strings of tiny white lights in my garden out back and blew a fuse & everything went dark. It's a guy thing.

I did that when trying to put Christmas lights out front one year. Never did it again. I think the key might be not so many strings together. I agree, it's a guy thing!

For all of us that just went through another holiday. Hope your thoughts did't make you to blue. 12th Thanksgiving for me, son was home in Seattle, with his family; nice surprise. My day was quiet, did have a good meal, but the thoughts always come. God Bless you all.

Today is one of "THOSE" days. Why did Gwen have to dy? When she means so much to me, let alone her daughter & my son? She never got to see her grandchildren, 52 was way to young. Twelfth holiday season, son is at sea & we won't talk; stepdaughter is having issues & not talking to me. Friends are great, but they are not FAMILY. I am sure, some of you know what I mean. Those with family close, always remember, "blood is thicker than water". There is no replacement for family, that respects eachother. I will survive this & many more holiday seasons. Time will change some of these facts. Missing Gwen will NEVER change. Those that can't understand these feelings, I hope you never can.

A most helpless feeling is knowing you cannot comfort this pain.. sorry..
