I blame it on the greedy workers who earn a average of 75 dollars a hour. The company is about to go under and yet the workers are just as greedy if not worse than the CEO's.Truly amazing when people would rather be greedy and loose everything then to take a pay cut and have a steady income. They are reaping their own self destruction!

$75, and that is without even having to be a good worker.

If they go overseas, I'm never buying another car from them.explode

You did? You gave them money for failing to be the best? Then you're part of their problem. You have enabled them to become complicit and to forget about customer. They money (your's) were flowing to them whether they were doing the right thing or not!

What are you talking about?laugh

You never did buy from them? Then you're not the problem.

You sounded jealous to me. That's all.

I was at a Mother's Day celebration today in Illinois. The steel plant closed down there in November. One of the people at the house hasn't worked since the plant closed. He's in trouble. Why are you jealous of him?

I am not jealous. I have stated this above, I am proud.

You can't first offer your version, by saying that I am jealous, and then proceed to question me why am I jealous, as if I have already confirmed. This is a logical fallacy. It makes you sound like a school teacher.

Why doesn't Obama just stop the lay-offs?

And, the credit companies were more than willing to tell us that we could do it.

So, they should not have extended the credit to the poor? Only to the rich?

I guess I am the only one who can truly feel for others.

Sad to see.

No, honey. Many others can feel too.

You're the only one to run with a stupid, wide brush idea, though.

by Dragoness:
If giving up my right to carry a gun means that less families will suffer this kind of loss then yea I will give it up.

Why did you put "if" there?

What if it is exactly the opposite? Would you then all arm up and live your life carrying loaded gun, and being wrapped around by ammo belts?

I doubt it. Therefore, I must be doubting your feelings.

nogames...this was done earlier but the boy hadn't died yet. not sure what happened to the thread. the couple shot them for messing up public property with the 4 wheelers

So, you're saying they were on private property?

on...they were on city owned property. the couple wasn't protecting THEIR property

Thank you.

So, we have a usual dumb criminal then. I don't care what did hi think. He shot somebody, and now has nothing to show for it.

Rot him in jail.

so gun control laws will keep the bad guys from getting them? the bad guys don't get them legally anywaylaugh

It will help to start the control. Slowly there will be less available.

Stupidity of the argument in it's full shine.

Yes, it will help to start it. At some point, none of the law-abiding citizens will have guns. O.K. Next?

How do you plan on getting the people who never cared what the law says, to get rid of their guns? You must believe then, that their source is the legally sold weapons. Far from being true! Their source is governments of many nations, including this one. That is something you can't stop. People who sell guns outside of law, usually do so because they control the law. They are the ones to pay Obama, for instance, and he will do every little thing that they order. Thus, you will only ever succeed in part one of your show, disarming the law-abiding citizens.

Same as your war against drugs. The war on guns will have equally disastrous results.

Even internet news media can be biased. Where does it end? How does one determine biased media from the unbiased?

We can't. But it is better than government media, as that is a 100% lie.

With internet, at least, the truth is available, it is simply a task of finding a good source.

Of course, as an old joke says, with newspapers it is simply a task of adding "not" to every word you read...bigsmile

Well shoot them seven year olds then and feel big and proud about it.

It is craziness to me.

Feel big and proud? About what? Protecting one's property from one who started trespassing as early as 7 years old?

How old do you really like them boys, Dragoness?

that doesn't stop the gangs and other bad guys from getting gunsslaphead what about the innocent lives caught in a drive by etc?

the couple will be prosecuted because of their stupidity. the family wasn't on private property.

I thought it wasn't very clear from the article, if they were or were not.

Nope and it still doesn't matter. You don't shoot a seven year old for trespassing unless you have no brain to speak of.

I don't? That is what you think?

You better check with your head doctor, before trespassing on my property.

But, I support your right to do whatever you want with your's.

So, were they or were they not on private property?

The article doesn't clearly say.

If they were, well, they have learned a lesson.

If they were not, the shooter needs to rot in jail.

Now, what does this have to do with guns? Would you like that boy to be shot with an arrow, or trapped?

What was the last time you read a newspaper? I, don't remember.

Secondly, because a single man can not easily publish a newspaper, only a governmental propaganda will be their content. With this in mind, I say, good riddance, controlled media!
