anyone that belives that was off the cuff is a sheeple he looked down at the podium several times if he was not using previously written notes why would he need to look down to the podium it was pretty good tho

hahaha off the cuff? it was the annual White House Correspondant Association dinner they hired comedy writers specifically for this event its more like a Comedy Central Roast rather than political event last year Craig Ferguson was the keynote speaker

hahaha off the cuff? it was the annual White House Correspondant Association dinner they hired comedy writers specifically for this event its more like a Comedy Central Roast rather than political event last year Craig Ferguson was the keynote speaker that is fine but he opened with had an entire speech prepared......... .....speak from the heart and off the cuff like i said it was good

Pretty good...liked the reverb snafu.... I can definitely put up with his speeches moreso than well...some former presidente's.
