Another sad case of "Bush derangment syndrome"
Bush is G.O.N.E and he's not coming back. My advice? Get over it! Let's fast forward to the present. What is the messiah doing? I'll tell you what I know. He's attempting to re-do health care. This will make death lists,Not allow you to keep your doctor (Contrary to pop belief) Not to mention the wait times to get the help you need! What would Jesus do? Anyone have any ideas? Assume that Jesus has a wife and children in this situation and is living on a farm, with animals, crops, barns, and a nice house that he and his sons, daughters, and wife worked hard to build. The crops are ready to harvest, it's fall, cold weather is setting in. What do you think Jesus would do in this situation? Isn't that the question we're often taught to ask? So what would your answer to that question be? What would Jesus do? GO STARWARZ! BOOYAH! But seriously, would'nt you want like a death star? Or maybe a Millenium falcon? You could customize the hell out of the falcon (Not hans your own) And make it this awsome fighter! Personally I would not go for anything star wars. No I would rather have a TARDIS from "doctor who" Then I could just invite all my friends over and travel back to the begining of time and space and watch what REALLY happened! Jesus learned what the deal was the first time he came ....which is why when he comes a second time (battle at Armageddon) ...he is coming back as a jedi to slice and dice Does that mean I can have my X Wing fighter? I always thought those were so cool. I would fly around making thanksgiving turkeys out of angels with it. Four big lasers and a pair of Proton torpedoes! KICK AZZ!

Do you enjoy debates? How is a debate different than a discussion?...I enjoyed debating more when I was younger. These days I don't want to go "rounds" with anyone. But I do enjoy respectful and open-ended discussions at times...when I have time for them. It seems like debates are all about so-called "winners" or "losers" where discussions are about sharing information and opinions back and forth ....without taking the outcome so personally. How do you feel about it? Thanks.... As long as people back up their thinking with evidence then I can enjoy them to an extent. But if party one says I'm right and here's the proof and party two simply tells them they are wrong and their proof is meaningless, then No. All this does is make party two look like an idiot and party one waste their time. |

There's no life on other planets, only other countries testing out new spy planes with better technology. Why do you think you can't get near area 51? It's top secret stuff! Like man made saucers! I think they make them to spy on the other countries. That's my thinking anyway. maybe, but i have to disagree about life on other planets...just the mathematical odds alone says there is....take our galaxy by it self... over a trillion stars in it, and even if 1% have a planet that could support life, that is still a billion stars that have a planet that could support a life form. and add that up with the billions of other galaxies, the odds alone says there is life on other planets. Not here to argue. Just put in my two cents

No it is not a requirement. It's either 7th day adventists or pentecostals don't believe Jesus was the son of God. Heck the baptists believe that Jesus was just a prophet. Well if that's the case, then my belief that the Old Testament is nothing more than Zeus-like fables, and that Jesus was actually a Mahayana Buddhist who taught against the moral values of the Torah, is just as valid as any Christian view. Of, course, I already knew that.

Not sounding egotestical. Yes. I Love myself. I have The AGAPE Love of God in me. That is why I am able to Love other people. People suck! I used to do phone work. I sat on the phone and talked to all sorts of people. I got Cussed at,sexualy harrased,cut off mid sentance,threatened,and made fun of. One woman put the kids in the house on the phone and had them swear at me. Since then I have lived by the thinking of people suck until proven otherwise. Some people are nice which is why I say Until proven otherwise. Don't believe me? Try phone work. Or go on the general religion forum and see the haters. i understand this way of thinking, but if you automatically assume all people suck you are gonna miss out on the amazing people that do exist! Don't stay so bitter that you build up a wall around yourself that no one can break through! As much as I have been hurt by the bad people I have known, I am very blessed to love the ones that are worth it and would take 100 more bad ones for each true friend that I do have! Yeah maybe your right. |

Sorry but I've got to agree with thomas on this one. It only takes one thread started by an upstanding christian to get every atheist in the forum to jump in and start the verbal beatdown. if you go back and actually read my posts you will see that i have not attacked anyone...only defended MY right to be an upstanding non believer and YOUR right to be a christian. I din't attack you. I simply voiced my support for the man that I agree with. well if you agree with all of that unfounded ranting then you both have issues. my statements were based on experiences with SOME believers not all...but by supporting those blanket anti atheist stabs without looking at individual people its just wrong and not what Jesus would do! Um excuse me? We have issues? I believe you just broke a forum rule and attacked a forum user! 2 of us! If I report this post I could get you in some serious trouble. Please don't let this happen again. I would not report a fellow christian but I have no quams about reporting an atheist. Please keep this in mind. 
Now as I said earlier I think people should have proof! Do you have any proof that Jesus. The son of God, would NOT stand up for his own teachings? Jesus defended himself against pharisees who claimed to be on the christian side. Anti-athesist stabs? What!? As I said before he was simply defending his side and I was agreeing with him. Is that really so wrong? have atter with your report "the record will show" ....there was nothing to defend..i did not attack him in any way...in order to debate a subject one must be able to express an opinion...i did that in a respectful,calm way and received rantings in return. This is supposed to be interesting and fun..IT IS NEITHER!!

The only reason it has Jesus in it is because the roman emporer decreed that it celebrate jesus' birth after he became a christian.

Holy Cow you have some real anger issues!! I didnt say all those things about you being a nazi etc. You are right though i dont know you and just assumed you were a christian. My mistake! im sorry that all of your experiences with atheists have not been good ones as you said. in the quote i said there are good and bad in all sectors of life..atheist or christian. you shouldnt judge all by just a few. i must say though...if your not a christian...you must be really pissed off at yourself.
He does not have anger issues he's defending himself. Though I think he should back up his thinking with some website links or news articles |
