I've just finished the wings!
I had initially wanted them to be a little wider and then curl over but it would also make them like sails on a yacht. And since it's very windy where I live I decided to not go there.

Now he looks like this:

Now wait for it to dry, then I can continue painting.

I am sure J Biden leaders are very concerned about him running again 2024.

J Biden is definitely a puppet Man.

It's true that there is a lot at stake in this next election, and everybody wants their side to win. Biden's no puppet, though. Despite his difficulty to articulate his agenda in voice, he's still a well-experienced and accomplished leader.

Under Biden The US recovered from the pandemic better than any other country on Earth. In several metrics, the US economy is better now than before. Compare how we fared under Trump during the pandemic, where we performed below average in many statistics, and US shoppers were left fighting over toilet paper and hand sanitizer. And even today, Trump makes cringey misstatements all the time. Speaking to CEOs, Trump left the room completely unimpressed. I'm sure He's glad the shooting takes the focus off his obvious stupidity and mental decline.

You clearly don't know anything about what went on in other countries.
I think the US was among the ones that suffered the most.
We had no food shortages for instance.
If memory serves, you could get only certain amounts of groceries -if they were available to begin with- because there was severe shortage.

We didn't sink so deep over here, so we didn't have to recover from the same big blow either.
Certain branches of economy suffered, not all. But government helped most financially so they'd survive.

Just one example. It's best to educate yourself before you start posting things that are totally incorrect.

I don't see Trump being the right person to lead the US into the new times, away from patriarchy, fossil fuels and so on.
If nothing else he wants to lead the US straight back into it since he's so horribly conservative.

Nevertheless... what happened was uncalled for and unbelievable.
And it underwrites the need to get rid of possessions of weapons by any Tom Dick and Harry.
It's the only way to end the high level of violence in the country and regular massacres when someone has a bad hair-day.
I never understand how anyone can feel safe knowing anyone and everyone can carry a firearm and begin shooting any time.

No doubt this event will affect Trumps campaign for the better, especially with the photo of him raising his fist with the US flag behind it.

I must say I was impressed how fast he got down, even before the secret service people had rushed in.
The man sure as heck ain't stupid!

And I do hope he's fine, quite the thing to have happen to you.
In spite of that he still isn't the right one to lead the US into a glorious future.

Maybe move to SA. It's legal there.

BTW many US states only legalised it in 2015!
And not certain but I do guesstimate that in many of those southern states it is still heavily frowned upon.

We were the first country in the world to legalise it in 2001 while registered partnership already became possible in 1998!

I hope it'll become accepted globally. Love is love.
It's time the patriarchal system loses its power. That includes church as that is big part of that system.

Tomorrow is the day I'm going to bring Meggie home!
So exciting!!

I got a busy afternoon, tonight I've planned to completely refresh both litter boxes.

I'm picking her up beginning of the afternoon so she has a full day and evening in her new home before all goes quiet for the night.
She will have the front bedroom to herself at night. I've done the same when Nila & Roosje were kittens.

Thinking... I'd almost wish for this so called excuse of a summer to be over.
It's a miracle the house hasn't drifted away yet.
Nothing but rain rain and more rain.
The other day severe rainfall was forecast, Code Orange. It lasted a few minutes only, but I had a helluva roof leak :(

There are so many slugs & snails this year that often the stuff that kills them is totally sold-out.
I've gone through 9 packets already, which usually would take 9 years...

I think... this seriously is the worst summer I've ever had in my 58 yrs on this planet!

I'm thinking maybe autumn will bring us some dry sunny weather!

Thank you for taking an interest, Slim!

OT...
He has got his permanent hair now :) Did that last night.

It is hair from the long haired horned goat that lives at the permaculture gardens where I regularly go for Celtic Avalon celebrations like Beltane, Ostara, Litha etc.
It had a strong 'goat' smell, so I washed it, blow-dried it, then it was ready to use!
It looks so much better than the cotton strands although those weren't bad either.

This is the beautiful animal whose hair I used :)

AA Christiel now looks like this (his mouth will be re-painted, not happy with it, to feminine):

I'm especially chuffed with the 2 curled strands to the left :D

I did the short peaks on his forehead and curled the hair inward on 1 side to make it a bit more playful :)

It's not finished yet, but I have to wait for more Paverpol and fabric for the wings to arrive to be able to continue.

In the meantime I decided to start with painting. It's not going to be totally coloured as AA Christiel is pure white.
So just some subtle colours in the folds of his gown.
I asked Diana Cooper which colours I could use and she replied with pale aqua, pale violet, pale pink, pale gold and so on. All high vibration colours.
Exactly what I'd intuited myself, but I wanted her expert opinion on it. So glad she replied!! What a lovely woman!
I will make the sash a light gold.
The painting isn't finished either, lot of work. But I had a lot of fun with it :D
I haven't gotten my paints out in months, haha.
Using acrylics.

Once the wings are finished I am going to put mother of pearl on the insides of them. I tried a bit and you can actually see it, no matter how subtle.

To be continued :)

But but... then I'd have to do my hair as well?!

OT ----
Day before yesterday I did the belt and the sash. Had to keep the latter in place and shape by using a plastic cup, empty milk bottle etc. etc.
I couldn't touch it after that lest the whole setup would collapse, hihi.

Yesterday I've done part of his hair. Not done with that yet.
This is what it looks like now :D

The back:

I took it indoors this afternoon as we'd get a horrible storm and if something was to happen to the garage...

And you know wot?! Every time I know turn my head to look at the table and see this, my heart fills with joy!!
Believe it or not, it really exudes an energy of peace & Love, and it's not even finished!

Because of the storm I couldn't work on it today. Hopefully Thursday I get to finish off his hair and get going with the wings!!

On a table in the extension this afternoon

Depends who's talking...

A man who wants to get his rocks off... one night stand as it didn't cost him anything and it's no-strings-attached so he can simply walk away.

A man who wants to get his rocks off but can't find someone... paid-for sex. Better than nothing.

A woman... erm...
Generally women want intimacy with the man they love.
But I guess a one night stand could happen when meeting someone somewhere with whom she has crazy chemistry. Or when she went out and drank too much...
First scenario will feel okay in the morning, the latter probably not so much...

Thinking... a tattoo?!?! noway shocked

I know a lot of people are happy with it and more and more have them these days.

Personally I'll never get one. I am a Lightworker and I don't feel it gels with that.
It feels as if permanent ink on my skin affects my aura and the energy I exude etc. etc.
It feels like dimming my Light, tainting my Light Temple (aura & body).

I've never come across anyone who feels the same way but that feeling comes straight from my Inner Being & Inner Knowing & Guidance.

No judgement, that's not why I'm telling this.
Just sharing my personal views about my choice to not/never go there.

I just went into the garage to have a look with fresh eyes after a good night's sleep.
And OMG! I love it!
Can't wait to get going with the wings, but that'd be daft as I then can't get to the rest I want to do.
So there's that saying... patience is a virtue!

This is how far I got today :)
Second sleeve and the gown.

It was a lot of hard work and once doing either front or back of the gown I have to do the other side too, whether tired or not.
For some reason I'm struggling way more with it than I remember from some 16 yrs ago. Possibly because this is much larger and much different style.
I got there in the end :)

Once this is dry I can do the details.
Hair & wings will be last.

Thinking... YESSSSSS!! We just won the football match against Turkey!
At first it was crap, then suddenly it got real good. Kept me on the edge of my seat till the last second.

Thank you, and yes, for me as well, hihi.

OT - Well, that's it for today. I'm shattered!!

Got fabric around the bamboo wingframes now, and managed to get 1 sleeve done. Trust me when I say that wasn't easy!

Then there are silver armbands and shirt. There will be a white loose top/tunica over that so the silver will just show a tad.
Which is why the silver mess on the belly area isn't a prob, it'll be covered up later on :)

Now I forgot to do the 2nd & finishing wrapping of the hands before doing the armbands, doh...

I've put a rolled up piece of plastic in the sleeve to have it dry in the shape I want.
Paverpol doesn't adhere to plastic so I should be able to remove that later on.
Should... Fingers crossed!

PS The wings will likely be the last thing I do so I don't damage them whilst working on the clothes and hair.h
I intend to make the wings mother of pearl white. I've got powder for that to mix through the white Paverpol.

I've started with the next project: a statue of Archangel Christiel.

I want one in the garden where I've made a portal for Unicorns & Lyra but since AA Christiel is less known you cannot find a statue anywhere.
So I decided to make one myself from Paverpol (textile hardener).

Didn't have much time this week and making the 'body/frame' was a helluva lot of work.
Just now I've begun to dress it up, but only a few thingies.

The first beginning. I bought a torso and an egg for the head:

It's got arms (cut them from styropor then wrapped them in papertape), gave him a nose.

Today I changed the stand and attached the wing frames.
I put the 'skin' on the face, arms and hands (hands will get another layer).

In the meantime I've also done some silver accents, will post a photo of that later.

Can't continue now with the rest of the clothes as the silver parts will have to dry first.
And I'm actually quite tired. Was a lot of work today, even though there isn't much to show for yet, hihi.
The sleeves have already been cut though!

It's 70cm tall :D

I watched "Expedition Bigfoot" a while back.
They had discovered that Bigfoot does not stay in one location, they move around depending on (I can't recall, deuh, haha).
But they based their expedition on that, knowing exactly what their timeframe was to find bigfoot. And knew where to go next after that.
It did work as they did find evidence, IR footage, footprints, hair samples and so on.
They also experienced that Bigfoot uses infrasound.
At various points during their expedition all of them were exposed to it and suffered side-effects. One so severely he had to be taken to hospital.

Also scientific proof that Patty, the Patterson-Gimlin, video is not a fake but a real creature, aka Bigfoot.
They even managed to calculate her height.

They also had scientific proof that it is quite easy to make yourself invisible. That's not Sci-Fi anymore and it stands to reason that a species has the ability to do that.
That would explain the footage of shadows while there was nothing to be seen. But clearly something is moving and casting the shadow.

They caught something humanoid with Lidar a few times while there was nothing to be seen with the human eyes. Although once you could see something with your own 2 eyes...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTyKPiz4e7Y

Another one on handheld Lidar of which they showed more angles in the episode than in this short clip, but alas.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTMA_TqMoIc

They also captured it plural times on IR, at one point in a hotspot one of the team was surrounded by at least 9 tall humanoid shapes!!
The other were elsewhere around the lake, one told her she had to get the hell out of there as it wasn't safe.

People saying there isn't real proof... watch the show.
And what more proof do you need? Seeing one slaughtered and dissected?
To me it's more than enough proof.
If you need scientific proof, plenty of that around. I mean, IR, Lidar, sounds, infrasound, all either recorded or checked out by experts, IS proof. Incl. the hair samples. It's scientific.

Plus what Rock said: all indigenous people around the world know a version of bigfoot. In Australia, Asia, US, and so on.
