Sometimes there's no understanding the mind of another person.
Sometimes it's best to let it alone and just move forward. Sometimes you need to seek help to get your head straight and if you have children in your life; that is the important thing. Obviously, there were "warning signs" before you became involved with him. Maybe you should start listening too them. I know it's hard when you are wanting someone in your life. But.....being in a relationship is not all there is in life. Some of them are unhealthy! Some people are bad, some are just bad for us! Learn to listen to your heart and your head. Stay open to hear the "warning bells" . Start asking yourself if there's something about yourself that is attracting someone like this last man. Maybe it's something broken in you that you need to work on.....take time for yourself. |

Definition of "Marriage" is a social, religious, spiritual, or legal union of individuals.
I believe in the institution of marriage. Why NOT get married if you love the person; unless you are unsure and honestly don't believe you or the other party won't work at keeping it together. |

yeah i think i have some habits & personality traits that i could make some adjustments.....after all I consider myself a 'work in progress' so i'm nowhere near self actualized.....i'm happy with myself, true, but i also know i tend to say things before thinking it through....i've hurt people with my words.....i've still got a lot to learn.... 
Can you say N=O=R=M=A=L.......EVERY person has habits (good & bad).....Everyone is a "work in Progress". You have to love yourself (good & bad) before you will attract what you want. And I doubt if there is one person out there that hasn't hurt someone with words. And it's a learning thing to "stop and think before you speak"....My friends pick on me that that filter that's supposed to stop words from just spilling out as soon as you think it....doesn't work. Mine is defective (ok, not always...but more than not) maybe you need a new filter (heehee). |

I think it's pathetic...he has been a politician for years and his name has never seemed to be an issue...why does all of the crap come out like this...especially in these times, you would think that a little bit of maturity is called for What Maturity! IT started out as a racist issue between Hilary & Obama and now it's slamming each other til the Voting begins. |

Where I live.....we have a really good water supply. However, I am the operations manager for a bottled water facility. People can say what they want about tap or bottled water. I guarantee that anyone who could see the crap that I rinse out our Reverse Osmosis and De-Ionization units would think twice befor drinking from the tap. (Note that we use these systems to filter public water to a purity of zero parts per million of all contaminants) When you see that black crap flowing down the drain during a system flush...it really make you think. OMG.....that is soooooooooo Funny. I am NYS Certified Water Operator for a small community and I get it!!!!

I want a "nice" guy....by that I mean someone that is NOT "mean".
I also want a Real man....you know the one that can work on vehicles, fix things around the home, lift heavy objects, open the door for me if we are going out, who will stick up for you if someone is being nasty too you. Just because someone says you are "nice" doesn't mean something bad or insulting regarding your masculanity. People need to be more specific in their terminology, maybe! |

all i know is that if i don't find someone local, than it aint happening. i don't have the time or the resorces to pursue someone far away. unless she wants to come to me, otherwise, not gonna happen. just thought i'd throw this out there. I think it works out better for both parties, if you live close to each other...if all you want is a chat buddy (distance doesn't matter at all). |

several people I've talked to think they've fallen in love online ,do you think this is possible? I think you can "fall in love" with the things people say about themselves; but does that mean you are falling in-love with a person?  ....I don't believe so....There are times people say things on here that doesn't always ring true when you meet them and get to know them in-person.
I believe that anyone that thinks they can "fall in love on-line" has a bit warped sense of reality. This is just my own personal thought on the subject. 
Of course, this could be the newest craze....falling in-love via the most recent use of technology! |

Yes.....I paid someone to mow my lawn and they never finished it. A week later someone else asked if I'd like my lawn mowed and I paid them ahead so they could get gas and they started it and low and behold......they DIDN'T finish mowing it either. OMG! I pay AFTER the work is done----from now on!!
