HOW DO YOU?
|
|
I just read a great eye opening book called 'he's just not that into you'. Had a lot of great information that helped me to stop wishing/hoping and hanging around and to realize that I needed to move on with my own life because he wasn't sending signals that he was interested. Best wishes!

Somehow I don't think its a valid comparison...
The womans decision to undergo the pain again results in a beautiful child to nurture and it is an affirmation of life. There is no positive reinforcement for the man to want to undergo that experience again so its just common sense to avoid it the second time... Has nothing to do with pain tolerance and avoidance.... |

drove 10 1/2 hours to get a new kitten. My Somali died earlier in the year and this week was my birthday. So I got myself an early birthday present.

Just cats because they require less work.
Had a Somali that died earlier this year and I just drove about 350 miles to pick up her replacement today. Wonderful kitten!!!! |

Or go to kung fu class and realize your still wearing your sheepskin slippers...
Or get halfway through your commute and realize you left your company laptop at the house... |

If it was because of the kids (and he realizes that) and they are gone now then it might be worth a try! I know my ex always said he would try to change, but the changes never lasted-but this doesn't sound like a scenario like that! I guess the only other question would be-how does he plan on handling it differently if the kids do come back on the scene? The man needs a plan!
Best wishes-this one might work out for you! |

In general I'd say No. Too many complications!
That is what cuts into my dating-I won't date someone at work-and that is where I spend most of my time... So its hard to meet people, but avoid that temptation!! Of course if either of you changes jobs-thats a different story! |

Been there, done that.
Sorry to hear it! If it can't be fixed and you want to avoid the lawyers and hostility and fees-might I suggest a mediator? Thats what I used and it was relatively cheap and very painless. |

Just need a lot of duct tape to fill in any gaps and make it look whole again. With time and attention all of the holes will fill up again. Just don't expect it to go quickly and take good care of yourself in the meantime!

As long as the difference is somewhere around 10 years and they are in their 20's it could work out just fine. Had a friend marry a guy 10 years older than her and they are celebrating their 25 anniversary soon. Give it a try!

Questions like these always make me wonder-whats up in your life right now?
Planning to remarry-no, that would mean that I know someone that wants to marry me... Would I ever do it again-yes, but I'd be a lot more careful! |
