no personal experience, but my daughter took it for several years. She hated being on it. It also killed her appetite so she skipped meals. Did it work though-yes.

I joined recently and I have seriously enjoyed reading the topics and everyones input about life! If I had one lament about life it would be that all the interesting people that are posting appear to be in a different part of the country! That puts a serious crimp in my plan to meet them!!!
