I made 14 of my own Rules to live by. These are not universal and they only really apply to me, but I felt like sharing them anyway. I take these rules seriously and will not intentionally break them. Since I wrote these out none of them have been broken.


“The Fox’s” Rules

1. “My Vixen” deserves a man free of all addictions and clear of mind. Drugs and Alcohol only damage my body and mind and make me undesirable for the one I love. You also fear the lack of self-control involved in a lot of such substances. My mind and body is who I am, I will not destroy it.

2. Rampant mindless Sex is in insult to “My Vixen”, my mother, and women everywhere. Sex is sacred and will be treated as such. STD’s and unwanted pregnancies are punishments for such indulgences.

3. I would never cheat on “My Vixen”, she deserves a man who would completely loyal to her and I would never betray her. How could I walk away from the perfect woman? Trust is the hardest thing to earn and the easiest thing to lose.

4. Honesty is very important to Me. I will not consciously deceive another with the intention to harm and rarely will I consciously deceive at any other occasion. (Keeping a surprise party a secret for example)

5. Honor is the measure of a true man and I hold myself to it. I will respect the bonds of couples and will not “go after another man’s girl”. To break up a happy couple is monstrous.

6. I will not seek retaliation, vengeance only leads to more vengeance, it never ends. Turn the other cheek.

7. Do no harm to yourself or others. From violence to deception and greed, all of these are traps that ruins everyone’s lives and alienated possible friends.

8. I will control my emotions. When nobody can be harmed, I can vent and feel better.

9. Act with respect and civility whenever possible, there is no need to fall into hate and anger.

10. I will do my best to be and stay in shape. A weak body leads to other weaknesses like laziness and seeking shortcuts. Also “My Vixen” deserves the best I can offer her.

11. I will do my best to keep my mind keen, a lazy mind can be mislead far easier than a well used one. “My Vixen” should receive the best I can give her.

12. I will not hate yourself if I screw up, we all fall down. Just get back up and try again. There is no need to feel bad about failing at whatever I was attempting.

13. There is only one person in my life romantically. There will never be anyone before or after “My Vixen”.

14. These rules are non-negotiable. My morals are who I am, to give them up are to give up on myself.

Joshy..you have very honorable ideals and certainly lucky is she who finds you....nice guys may sometimes finish last, but they are they ones who last a lifetime...
