Hooray for speech therapy

I never got complaints from the sex, it was just the fact that I got cheated on that made me question my manhood. When my wife cheated on me, it was when she was saying we needed and "open" relationship and wanted me to be violent in bed, I tried but I am always afraid of hurting people cause I hurt people when I don't try. I still got her off more than I got to. but what does that say about me that I wasn't able to keep her interested where she pursued another man. It made me question if she was lying to me about the times she said it was good and the few women after that said that. I am a bit insaine I know, but these worries seem legit to me.

I probably should say that, but there are a lot of things that i should do that i don't. Give me time to heal, maybe I will be ok someday. It just isn't happening right now
