have you tried the atkins diet?I have used it it works great.
My parents also use it they have lost over 100 lbs together.:wink:

Did it! Lost 30 pounds then gained it ALL back plus some! and I was miserable!

actually that is last resot...but dancing...dancing...dancing...you can do it at home, nobody is watching, go for it, uses tons of muscles and burns a gob a calories...worked for mebigsmile

Ok so Im on a diet and I have been "stuck" for about a month at the same weight! I count calories, I switch up exercise between swimming, jogging, and strength training... and I really just dont know what else to do! Got ideas?

ok so i met a guy on here and it has gotten really serious! The thing is my parents are ultra conservative and I dont know how to tell them that i met a guy ONLINE who lives 1100 miles away and has a DAUGHTER! I want them to know bc i love HIM but im pretty sure they wont approve! Whats a girl to do!

I work at a daycare, and there is one baby who is having a very hard time getting used to a bottle! He is used to being breast fed and just has the hardest time with a bottle it takes about an hour to get him to drink 5oz.
Anyone got any tips...
