Ok so Im on a diet and I have been "stuck" for about a month at the same weight! I count calories, I switch up exercise between swimming, jogging, and strength training... and I really just dont know what else to do! Got ideas?

have you tried the atkins diet?I have used it it works great.
My parents also use it they have lost over 100 lbs together. |

Thanks dont go by the scale go by the way your clothing fits, when I plateau (stay stuck) I change things up including diet and exercise... work out a little bit harder and the results sure do make me happy. Have ways to go but Imma get there |

Thanks Check to see what percentage of your body is fat. You probably are gaining muscle - which weighs more than fat - and not even realizing the transformation. It's possible you have plateaued and will need to work harder to lose even more. It's nature that the body fights back when it perceives rapid change in composition. Oh, stay away from Atkins. It's not sustainable over the long haul. |

Thanks Take boxing, where you actually hit a heavy bag. Forget situps. Learn to work the bag an hour a day, 3 minute rounds with 30 secs rest between, and WEAR WRIST WRAPS AND BAG GLOVES. Squats and pushups will help too. I guarantee you will see results in as little as a week if you commit to it. |

what about the special K diet?
I know someone that lost about 80 lbs in a months time...special K, fruit, veges & excercise (not even that much excercise in her case..lol!) ..thats all she did..she looks great. |

Thanks Less food and more exercise always works for me . I heard swimming does not help you lose weight . Jogging is excellent .Good luck and do not starve yourself now . |
