So that was particularly helpful, huh. I'm veggie too, and whenever something gets messed up at a fast food place, they want to give me a burger or a taco. I'm like, "Um, the point of the special order in the first place was to not have meat on it!" And they don't get it.

Don't get discouraged.. you are who you are and if they can't understand you because of your accent, use a little body language, Hmmm or sign language (that could really throw them off) if they don't catch on to that.. ask for a piece of paper and a pen LOL.
