Hey is there any way to find someone specific on here. I was chatting
with this one dude and when you put your mouse over the picture, a lil
window pops up saying view profile. You click on it but nothing
happens. So I know his username and did a search but get nothing.

Any suggestions?

Funny how everyone is saying be careful someone may get hurt/you're
looking for trouble as far as feelings are concerned but no one said
anything about being careful when it comes to diseases or anything.

To me it matters. I've always dated guys older than me. Not really by
choice but because all the guys I ever had anything with just happened
to be older.............until last year when I dated a guy 7 years
younger than me. I was reluctant at first I must admit but said yes when
he asked me to be his gf. We stayed together for over a year but I have
to tell you that the age difference did always bother me in the back of
my mind. Needless to say we're not together now and a lot of it has to
do with him being so young and immateur and not knowing that he wanted.
O-well.

Not sayin that all young guys are immateur but I will definately think
twice if a young'en approached me ever again.

I just love this!!!!!

Jack wakes up with a huge hangover after attending his company's
Christmas Party. Jack is not normally a drinker, but the drinks didn't
taste like alcohol at all. He didn't even remember how he got home from
the party!

As bad as he was feeling, he wondered if he did something wrong. Jack
had to force himself to open his eyes and the first thing he sees is a
couple of aspirins next to a glass of water on the side table. And,
next to them, a single red rose!

Jack sits up and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and
pressed. He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order,
spotlessly clean. So is the rest of the house.

He takes the aspirins, cringing as he sees a huge black eye staring back
at him in the bathroom mirror.

Then he noticed a note hanging on the corner of the mirror written in
red with little hearts on it and a kiss mark from his wife in lipstick:
"Honey, breakfast is on the stove. I left early to get groceries to
make you your favorite dinner tonight. I love you, darling! Love,
Jillian"

He stumbles to the kitchen and sure enough, there is hot breakfast,
steaming hot coffee and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the
table, eating.

Jack asks, "Son... What happened last night?" "Well, you came home
after 3 A.M., drunk and out of your mind. You fell over the coffee
table and broke it, and then you puked in the hallway, and got that
black eye when you ran into the door.

Confused, he asked his son, "So, why is everything in such perfect order
and so clean? Why do I have a rose, and breakfast is on the table
waiting for me??"

His son replies, "Oh that!...Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when
she tried to take your pants off, you screamed, 'Leave me alone, I'm
married!!'"

I would have to honestly say yes but not entirely. I want a man who
instills all the qualities a woman wants on the inside but at the same
time look good on the out.

Gotta share a lil somethin with y'all since we're on the subject. Went
out to this new bar the other night with some girlfriends and this one
guy comes up to me and asks me to dance. I feel a nudge on my back and
turn around to see this short lil pudgy nerdy looking guy standing
beside me. He's got bifocals on and had one bad eye that made him look
cross-eyed. Not attractive at all to say the least. But I didn't want to
hurt his feelings so I said yes to the dance. Turns out he was really
cool to talk to. Kinda bugged me all night long after the dance but was
overall a cool guy.

After the bar closed and we were leaving he asked for my phone # and for
a date. That's when I drew the line and turned him down. Does that make
me a bad person?

Sorry but looks do matter to a degree.

Simply tell him you ain't got yours and to keep on going til you do. I'm
so glad mine ain't a 2 minute man. It's more like an hour man so I have
PLENTY of time to get mine.

Kinda in the same boat right now only I concluded there is no working
out. I mean there IF I wanted to but I don't want to cause the feelings
for me are dead. We have 2 kids together and I am one of those people
who will not stay with someone regardless of there being kids involved.
Right now we're just friends and get along but he wants more. He knows
now it was entirely his fault why I left but it's just a little too late
for me.
Besides we get along way better being friends altho it's hard for him to
do so.

I was in your same shoes once with my last 2 ex bf's. One is the father
of my kids (J) who I was with for 8 yrs and the other (P) for a lil over
a yr.

I broke it off with P to try and work it out with J. I told him I needed
time to see if there was still anything there worth saving since
afterall he is the father of my kids and well I believed I owed it to
him.....trying. Anyway, P was alright with it but not, obviously. Who is
right? But he let me go. I told him to not hang on and to go out and do
his thing. He didn't want to because he said he knew I was the one he
wanted to be with. Believe me, it hurt doing that but I had to. Well
things didn't work out with J and not like I was begging for P to take
me back but when he heard that things didn't work out with J, he came
back.

Was it love? Hell I thought so but we aren't together now so who knows.
I always tell myself that if it's true love, we'll find each other
again. Until then, do your thing.

I had been talking to this one guy on here and it seemed like everything
was going pretty ok. We were emailing each other through the site and
then began emailing each other through our personal email addresses and
then began instant messaging and even talked on the phone a couple of
times and now nothing. It's been about 2 weeks maybe since I've had any
contact with him. I did email him 2x since then but gave up because I
don't want to come off like I'm stalking him or something which I'm not.
Just wondering what the hell happened.

Maybe he met someone, maybe he got hit by a bus, maybe he left the
country.......
Just kinda wish I knew something you know. Anyway, just slightly bummed

Since my family's in California, I will be somewhat alone....I'll have
my kids with me.
