and wanting to get pregnant i didn't want to be a pregnant smoker and i didn't know how difficult a time i'd have quitting, so i started practising about a year prior to getting married and trying to conceive. it was the easiest thing, and i never had one serious craving. i guess there was something more powerful pulling me than the actual addiction. besides, i don't think i was as much physically addicted as i weas a routine smoker, so i changed certain things i did, at least temporarily i also had 2 lists i'd read often enough. one was a pretty lengthy list of all the carcinogenic material in a cigarette, the other was the positive change in your body over a certain period, even hours, so that there was something positive to keep you going. |

we heard a lot of talk that it might have been betty fox, mother of terry fox (who died of cancer while trying to run across canada with only one leg). there was supposed to have been a halogram of terry beside her while she lit the torch.
that would have been pretty cool too but, i agree, gretzky was a spot-on choice, a great sportsman with a heck of a lot of class. |

oh woe is me I'm a nice guy and I give women money to pay their rent and make their car payments in hopes that they will go out with me but all they do is use me to make their mortgage payments and then take off with their Hells Angel boyfriend and leave me babysitting their teenage kids what's a nice guy to do? For a person that calls you beautiful instead of hot or sexy. Who calls you back when you hang up on them. Who will stay awake just to watch you sleep. Wait for the person who kisses your forehead. Who wants to show you off to the world. Who holds your hand in front of thier friends. Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much they love you and how lucky they are to have you. Wait for the one you never have to worry about cheating on you. Wait for the one who turns to their friends and says "theres my baby."? instead of worrying about what someone else can offer me, i concentrate on what "I" can do to make "THEM" feel good. i can only control my input into the relationship and usually good things tend to follow when i do. |

So I just started using this site again and in the last two days I have been back I have gotten more hits from guys from different states and even countries than in my own backyard. My question is why would you try to get into a relationship with people who arent close to you??? Maybe they are just trying to be friends but I still find it odd I guess. sometimes you don't 'try' to get into a relationship with someone so far away, but the chemistry just happens to be there and the pieces just fall into place. i've been with my guy for over 4 years and he lives over 1,000 miles away. |

anything anywhere with papersmile but where?? what is the setting?? use your imagination sitting on the couch watching the weather channel would be enough for me or having lunch and wine under a white linen canopy on a quiet still non windy beach with cabana boys refilling our drinks quiiet and romantic till the kids come out of the surf screaming and fighting and throwing sand everywhere for valentine's day, i'd prefer the weather channel. i've never been big on having one special day to celebrate love; i'd rather something spontaneous on some not-so-special day and turn it into one we'd both remember. for that, a cozy bed and breakfast with maybe a dinner/theatre combo. |

nahhh I dont care that much for Vegas its a whole city economy dedicated to nothing but getting you to give your money away awwww i love vegas. i'm not a gambler and doubt i spent even $20 in the casinos, but i LOVED walking up and down the strip and into the hotels and just gawking at the ostentatiousness of it all. and i really want to take in 'love' while it's playing. i was hoping we'd take a side trip this summer. |

I put up old old pics and brand new pics and they all look the same to me I havent changed much since my 30's. just a little grayer in the beard haha you don't EVER look the same in ANY picture - even if they are taken just days apart. it's what makes you so mysterious and devilishly sexy.  just cause you said that here is one that is minutes old  |
