Ralph's brand yogurt called "Carb Masters". 80 calories and 24 percent of the daily protein. They are delicious. 3 net grams of carbs. I don't know if that is good or bad for your diabetes but just because it comes from Ralph's doesn't mean it isn't good for you.  i'll try if you look into kefir...  Deal! Get the strawberry one that's the best. What's a good flavor for kefir? personally...i like strawberry and peach...recently had acai/pommegrante and it was really tart...blueberry is good too...it's kinda thin...really good in the morning... |

Google G.I. diet it might work for you with diabetes also lots of cardio. even walking after meals can help. will do...hmm, sounds like it might help some of the other health issues i have... |
