Perhaps a 75 year old with one foot in the grave might have more in common with his 55 year old counter part. But I'd think with this situation I'd be concerned that the younger one is looking for a payday. I can't imagine that a pair of wrinkly balls or tube sock knockers would turn anyone on, when they can have a the same version or even younger model. And I can't see changing an adult diaper or feeding pudding to a reduced mobile or cognitive person being a goal. bobtail, why is it I find myself disagreeing with you so often. Raised by different grandmothers I suppose. The first part of your post didn't necessarily provide anything truly objectionable, but that last paragraph REALLY set my hackles in full stand-up mode. When my wife took ill this last time she didn't make it, but if the doctors had miraculously been able to save her life it would have meant she would have lived every day having to change colostomy bags, and diapers, and lawdy knows what other physical infirmities I would have had to endure with her. But you know what else? I DON'T CARE !!! I married her because of a deep and abiding love burrowed into my bones. I promised to love and cherish her until death do us part in the marriage ceremony and in the promise I made to her father when I asked for his permission to ask for her hand in marriage. And I meant every damn word of it. I stayed with her when she lost her kidneys and the year of 3x/week dialysis. I stayed with her through the devastatingly expensive cost of a transplant ($1.1 Million nearly broke the bank & wiped out any hope of a more comfortable retirement). I stayed with her through 17 YEARS of all the medical complications & doctors' visits of living with a transplant. And as sure as peanut butter sticks to your tongue I would have stuck with her through colostomy bags, diaper changes, and whatever else came with the good fortune of spending even 1 more day with her, albeit hopefully 20 years or more. BECAUSE I LOVED HER, and nothing, nothing at all, could ever destroy that. At least not in my heart, and those problems would have only shown her that I loved her even more than she ever realized - though lawdy I told her often enough. OldCoot there are not many that understands what love really means when it comes to health reasons.. or age.... I have friends that are 20+ years apart and the woman is the oldest.. They truly match to a T, I have not known very many that have the love they share.. As far as health I have many I know that was by their spouses side to the end.. that is true love. As far as the Topic goes who knows why some men prefer older women?? Could it be they actually related or understood them more. Maybe the extra time they wanted to spend with them and made it known. Maybe taking charge of dealing with everyday things. Who knows is it wrong?? Hell no if they both get along and are happy who's business is it anyway?? As long as they are of legal age others need to step back and let people live their own lives as they choose..~~ JMO...

I almost fell in love with you until I came out of my shock & stupor and realized you come equipped improperly (for me). 
Being a poet means, they are your words from the heart not someone else's that you copied and pasted for others to think you wrote them...

So nice of Mingle2 to deactivate FishingMan's account for complaining here. No small wonder this site gets such terrible reviews on the web. Any moderator with enough hutzpuh to directly face me would be more than welcomed. Reasonable people should be able to reach reasonable solutions without going all nuclear over peanuts. Humm that is funny I would have swore after going over his profile and yours yesterday they are the same!!! And well if the site takes a profile all the way down the name will show as UNKNOWN.. So either you deactivated the account or the site did it temporally due to reports till they decide..due to more than one account~!~~~
Ohh and yes both accounts were from the same location pics match and profiles talked about the same things.. |

Humm it is not just women that put up pictures saying they are one age and the picture looks 20 years younger... Most the time those you just by pass cause they are up to no good anyway... Just fake profiles.. google image or yandex can be your best friend... just take the extra time to google for when something normally seems way to good to be true.. then step back and search~~ 
So true..it was by using image searches that I came to realize just how many of the female profiles are just copied & pasted from professional bios of totally unrelated people in far aware places (a petro engineering professional in Dubai claiming to be right here in my home city, for instance). Ohh heck just yesterday I had one emailing me said he was from the area.. Haha the picture he used came up on Instagram totally different name and the guys picture he used lives in Brazil.... It is common no matter what site one is on... Just be safe and let your fingers do the searching...

Pictures do not show up on your profile till they have been approved. It is still up to you which picture is sent to be approved.. Only way they get deleted after they have been approved is is others reported it for being against site rules.. |

Same here... I spent the day trying to upload pictures, but regardless, they are systematically rejected. Two of them, I used in the past without any issue.... And of course, all of them comply to the guidelines... VERY frustrating. An account without pictures being quite useless, I think that I won't spend as much time here as I used to, to say the least. I withdraw what I just said, ONE picture has finally been approved... and I don't even like it. Come on guys, the site used to be so user-friendly and relaxed, no one comes here to be stressed about something as simple as uploading a picture. But yet you have 7 pictures that are showing.. If you don't like the pictures they approve then don't load them it is your choice.. Just FYI it takes them more then just a day to approve pictures.. Which they have been doing this for several years.. Until your picture is approved it will not show up.. Got to give them more then just a day to review all the picture they receive.. |

I would keep them as motion lights.. So if anything is moving around in the dark they will come on and most likely scare them away..
I have always heard it is good to leave a light on in the house at times changing which light is on.. Just to make one think someone is home.. Well plus if you get up in the dark you can see. I actually keep a dim light on in my bathroom so I can see when I have to get up in the middle of the night... As well as a lamp in my living room.. Normally well lite areas are where most burglary's don't want to go.... Plus you could put up camera's so you can keep and eye on your property... |
