My antivirus work fine on it's own.

Noone should be sending, and forwarding these chain letters.

I delete all of them.

Any reputable anti virus and spyware software will update. they don't
send scare tactic letters...

I remember when my Mom was in the forest service in Idaho.. they were
fighting fires over in Oregon, and Washington state when the forest
fires where bad... late 70s.

when my daughter was around that age...

they do get times like us..when they get thier days and nights mixed up.
completely normal.

What was suggested to me is;

put them to bed at the usual time.

let them cry. go see them after a few miuntes, reasure them, but do not
pick them up.
walk away.
go back again only let it go one more minute...

it usually takes a few days... but it worked for me.

as you do the back and forth thing make each time a bit longer... this
shows them you are there, and will be always, while at the same time
giving them the time they need to adjust.
