OK - We've all heard it...some have felt it.

When a man is assertive towards a goal, he's a mover, shaker, go getter. A woman....a Biach.

In a meeting last week Mario said, "Ellen, why are you being such a D!ck about this?". Ellen said, "because I'm the only one in this room who has balls enough to take a position".

She played the "boys game" and was better at it.



It seems like most women I run into "like" to beat the boys at their own game. I've been a fly on the wall for womens conversations......... MUCH more graphic than men's!

WOMEN: At one time it was out of necessity, but at this point do you LIKE "playing hardball" or wish there was more class and decorum when operating in mixed company?

Just now figuring out that women enjoy the challenge of taming men?

Actually, the subtle manipulation although still in the arsonal is not even used.

These women are strait out tough, and would rip you a new one for a condescending.....unthoughtful statement like that.

In a perfect world, men would know how to behave respectfully and women wouldn't have to teach them anything. We'd all happily share each others lives and no one would have to talk smack, because men and women would discuss issues together.

We're not in a perfect world, are we? Just a bunch of frustrated men and women with a total lack of respect.

So are you asking why that is, or are you just upset that women are more detailed then men?

Just an observation that many women I know (esp. in business)
don't want to "tame" anything....They LIKE the game (for lack of a better term)

I'm not entirely sure what "the game" is. Chutes and Ladders? I'm not particularly driven to try and beat men at anything just because they're men. Then again, I'm going into psychology, and don't really know much about corporate jobs. I'm more about working with people instead of competing against them. I think you would find different types of women in different careers.

I wish SOME men would get a clue. The world would be much happier if they would just improve themselves without us having to try and fix them.
