I was just thinking how much sense that made of just visiting. Unlike the last time I made a romantic venture that wasn't local. I had not thought of what if it doesn't work out. Arkansas is a wonderful place to visit. It is a great place to live, too.

I have been noticing all the shade tree mechanics who have these little sheds out in the middle of no where in these boonies. Cars and trucks all over the place in different states of disarray. Was wondering what happened to this old GMC rv that one neighbor tried to haul off to make his yard look nice. It didn't quite make it to the junkyard for scrap. It is amazing the recycling that takes place. Trying to find a neighbor can become interesting, too around these types of environment. I just found a neighbor under the old GMC down a gravel road welding. I have found necessary to tell neighbors that I got a second vehicle so that I don't get shot visiting.

Hi, Jt and Silnt.

It is a cool afternoon here. Seems like a flu bug is going around here. I have had it once and some at work have had it more than once. I sure don't want to get it again. It gave me the chills and some when they got it made them sicker than a dog. Seems like I am going to have to wait on getting the front suspension on my van fixed. With the garnishment reimbursement that I got for overpaying my child support for a year in extra checks; extra check for a bonus and my regular check I get normally I have been able to get caught up on the bills. Glad I kept the car to get around in since I don't want to drive the van until I get the front suspension fixed. I have been studying the Chilton manual and it sure leaves much to be desired for a novice to go by. I don't want to attempt the repair by myself. Was reading through the manual and it says a special tool for a lot of the proceedure. I know that reputable mechanics have the special tools and shade tree mechanics have found other ways to deal without having the tools. I will probably have to figure out an alternative way of getting the front suspension worked on since my brother-in-law I was told has acquired the flu, too. I think I will go ahead and get the wheel bearings instead of putting the old ones back in. My brother-in-law did tell me some good advice and that is to use heavy duty wheel bearing grease because the reason most ball units go out is because of either not being greased or greased with lower grade grease. I noticed that the cv joints and other connectors are different from the older type in vehicles with the rubber covers. In other words I didn't see any grease zerts or alemites to have a grease gun on. I might just save up and have a qualified mechanic do the job for me. Although my dad was a good mechanic I didn't pay enough attention because when I used to watch him I really didn't pay close enough attention. I did get to learn the sizes of different wrenches, though.
