I feel the exact way about him as you do. Obama will do nothing but hurt this country, same as Clinton. I'm a Republican, but if I had to choose a Democratic president, I'd choose Edwards.

well iknow that but i couldnt think of the right word at 2 am at the moment. isnt it more logical to pick between who is ahead. i mean i'd choose edwards to if he had a chance. it's the whole woman or black thing. im all for equal rights and women having the chance plus courage to be a president but if this woman became president i think our country would fall apart.

There is no doubt it would. She is basically a socialist. Well... If Obama won president it would be "Different" in many respects, being that he is half black and Muslim. I personally think we just need a Republican president, but people now adays are too ignorant to see what this country truly needs. They would rather live off the government, than work with the government.

Don't forget Edwards yes. But I do take interest in Obama after listening to his line of answers during the debates and in looking at his background.

What I would like to hear from any posters here before they go on the attack is to say that they intellegently went through all facts and that they watched the debates.

If you did you would hear what he has to say.... Not about what family he was born into.

Schwarzenegger is the son of a police chief noted to be a nazi supporter. Did this impact California? No! I'm a Democrat but even I voted for Schwarzenegger and I'm happy with my choice and I would even consider him as President if the rules change and I think they should. Again this is coming from a Democrat.

I've listened to all the candidates. Read all the research into the backgrounds and first on my list is now Obama.

There is nothing wrong with his views and ideals for this country. This is what it is about. Not some paranoid script you picked up on. When he comes to CA go out and actually meet him and listen. Then decide.

I completly agree....but on the other hand i like researching presidents based on WHO they are...not what color or sex they are. I'm not a racist by any means. But i would like a president who can stand up for the very flag many of my brothers in arms have died protecting. Yes i'm in the military. Clinton i'm not a big fan of either because she has the same traits as the previous clinton...spineless. I'm niether republican nor democrat i vote for the PERSON and i research the PERSON not the PARTY. Unfortunatly we have a bunch of very young voters...and some older as well that only see one thing COLOR or SEX and think well we've never had a black president or a female president so i'll vote for them....without knowing anything else about the person. That's my point in posting this thread to educate people. Hopefully i can find more articles on this presidential canidate and the others as well. Granted everyone's going to have dirt...but how much are you willing to put up with?

Hahaha exactly! I wouldn't count out the Republicans though, if it ends up being "Christianity" vs. "Muslim" I think this Presidential election will be in the air. Most devout Christians are Republican, I know this since I'm in the bible belt :)
